Stayed here for two months. No complaints at all.

What a great location and easy easy check in. Lots of stuff to get me through the first week and a GREAT LOCATION! Great communication by everyone involved and I will do my best to take part of the free event per day, Im working but weekends will be great!

Imagine flying 5 hours, crossing time zones and crossing fingers that you chose the right place to spend a few days. The other worries included "are we close enough to our nieces wedding venue?", "will we be able to see some of the things Arizona has to offer?". Yes to all of the above. Our anxieties were aleved as soon as we opened the door to the home. We could walk to the wedding, we could grab an UBER to a fine restaurant, we enjoyed the Desert Botanical Gardens and Music Museum, we even took a dip in the pool. All within reach of this lovely home. Truly, there's no place like home.

This property had lots of room and was easy to spread out. Grocery stores, shopping, and dining were all close. Loved the pool. It was nice meeting and talking with some of the locals at the condo complex. I'd love to rent this pro[erty again!

Walking distance to nice markets and restaurants. Pleasant courtyard area with pool and hot tub for complex. Rooms are on small side but nice lay out. Kitchen well equipped and we had a number of meals in the condo.

This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little apprehensive, but everything was as advertised and I would definitely stay here again. This property was the perfect size for myself and my two teenage boys. It was incredibly clean and well located in the heart of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. The cost was much more economical than cramming three of us into a hotel room at a surrounding resort. We were able to spread out and have our own space. Unfortunately the 50 degree weather did not cooperate, however the pool was heated and was located just steps from the condo. We were 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium and tons of shopping and restaurants. We were 5 mins from Camelback Mountain. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, comfortable property. Has everything needed to have a great time. Bed very comfortable. Very good location one block off N. Scottsdale. Can walk to great restaurants and shopping. We will go back the next time w got to Scottsdale.

First time in the area and it was fantastic

Arrived and checked in without a hitch. Condo is spacious, well equipped and so convenient to grocery, restaurants and recreational opportunities. We will be back hopefully for a longer stay next year. Itrip folks are very responsive to any questions we have had.

We found this place last minute to meet up from CO and AK and felt at home immediately. The furniture is great quality and even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn’t luck out with the weather, but could enjoy quick patches of sun on one of the many patios. Kids loved the preset Alexa information about the condo as well as all the apps and channel options on the tv. And we all loved being walking distances to shops and restaurants! Great treat, thank you.

This is a lovely place. Very organized and clean. Kitchen has all the necessities and it very functional. The AC fans are a little loud but other than that I have no complaints so far!

We had a fantastic trip to Scottsdale. Our rental was great. Only complaint was was that the AC is loud. The condo, the pool, the location all were fab. Can’t wait to return.

Property was as pictured. Second time staying at this location and would stay again. Location is great for dining and shopping. Only had one issue which was handled very quickly. Would have no problem recommending this property.

This is a great rental near everything- literally within walking distance to great restaurants & shopping. The rental itself has been updated. Plenty of dishes, utensils baking, cooking supplies. May not be good for someone who uses a wheelchair as the bedrooms are both upstairs. I will say the beds are comfortable & great water pressure for showering. I trip is very responsive if you have any questions. The price is good. I would rent again.

Property was clean/quiet/well maintained. Near great restaurants and shopping. Everything was as pictured. Would stay again with no doubt. Felt very comfortable, place was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

The unit was perfect for a relaxing family trip by the pool. It was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The location is perfect; close to restaurants and shopping. Catching March Madness was a bonus! I would not recommend the property for a family with young kids or looking for a ‘party’ vibe. The grounds are immaculate and it’s a perfect place to just lounge by the pool.

Really enjoyed this comfortable condo. Nice patio and pool. Easy to take walks. Nice location, easy access to restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. Relaxing atmosphere plus lots to do.

Really liked this place. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked and linens available are also good. We noticed that the microwave wasn’t working when we arrived and notified the management company. We received a phone call within 15 minutes and the gentleman was able to explain what do to. Problem fixed! The place is cozy but has limited lighting in the bedrooms. Location of the place is really good. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

We loved the condo and its' proximity to restaurants and retail within walking distance! The condo was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying there.

The condo is better than advertised. Very clean upon arrival and specifications/pictures were as expected. Pool area is quiet and clean. Great location. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Bedroom doors hard to slide. Master bath didn't have any outlets. No where to hand towels. Family room TV didn't work. Couldn't not get channels. I would not recommend this condo!

The property location was ideal for relaxing after a day of fun. The heated pool was great, even on days in the upper 60s.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this was the best. It felt more like a well-appointed home than a sparsely furnished rental. The location is ideal — restaurants, Starbucks, supermarkets, and Walgreens all within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great 2 bedroom condo with a great location! Walking distance to several wonderful eating/drinking spots. Great sunsets as well in the evening with Camelback Mtn as a backdrop

We are loving the condo. We have no problems and will probably book again. Very clean, close to everything we need and quiet.

Great location for Scottsdale event venues. Very comfortable accommodation and easy access. Location is near N Scottsdale Road and you can drive 10 minutes to easily get to special event venues line Barret Jackson and TPC.

Living area pretty small but I was only one staying this time was fine for me and good location. Was cool didn't get to enjoy pool but pool area looked to be top notch I used hot tub once and it was great! Dave D.
