Dobra lokacija na plaži, na najtraženijem dijelu otoka Lanzarote. Osoblje vrlo susretljivo i ljubazno, dali su si ekstra trud oko nekih naših zahtjeva, puno više nego smo očekivali. Hotel ima puno parkirnih mjesta, bogata ponuda hrane za doručak i večeru (ručak mi nismo uzeli), ležaljke i suncobrani na plaži i kod bazena su besplatni i u pravilu uvijek ima slobodnih. Ugodan i miran hotel, možda više primjeren za obitelji s djecom ili umirovljenike.
Hotel je starije izgradnje (izgrađen prije 50 godina), ali je dosta osuvremenjen. Kvaliteta interneta unutar naše sobe je bila vrlo loša, a dobra npr. na balkonu. Voda nije za piće (možda i jeste ali je čudnog okusa jer se dobiva od morske vode).

Todo el personal fue muy amable y estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestras necesidades, cualquier problema que tuvimos, lo solucionaron con amabilidad y rapidez.
La habitación muy espaciosa y cuidada y las camas muy cómodas.
El hotel está bastante bien ubicado.
El bufet libre merece la pena, todo muy rico y variado.
Las tuberías olían mal a veces.
El precio de las bebidas en el restaurante era muy caro.

Over all a good hotel in great location. Majority of the room has sea or limited sea views, two great pools and beach access.
Evening food was little bland in taste and luke warm lucky there was a microwave for warming up. Stay with my grandparents at their retirement home, which is not a problem however the hotel needs to value younger guest.

as I am in my 60s I like that it’s flat to walk to the strip or down to matagorda.
I love the pool area and a lovely beach 5mins walk .

Great location right on the beach and away from hustle and bustle of the strip with two lovely pools and a great pool bar, food was good, we booked half board and could switch between lunch and dinner once we gave advance notice, the waiting staff were great as was housekeeping.
Reception staff helpful but not very friendly, restaurant manager was over the top marching around giving out to waiters in front of guests which wasn't nice to see! Entertainment was repetitive after a few days, same acts every week!

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at this hotel. looking forward to a return visit soon. I was especially impressed by the selection as well of the quality of the of the meal provision.
The staff were most friendly an efficient that added to the experience.

We have never enjoyed an hotel as much before, and we are well travelled! You have an amazing team, wonderful and professional evening entertainers….EVERYTHING was perfect. The very best feeling was the happy atmosphere everywhere, mainly created by your wonderful staff.
I hate to mention this but…..the background music in the restaurant (particularly the trumpet playing) was a bit tedious for us to listen to at times, but only our opinion.

Friendly,professional staff who were very accommodating to all our needs. Wonderful entertainment at night.
1) Being asked to pay to use the safe in the bedrooms. 2) No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. 3) No Wi-Fi available in the bedrooms which is appalling!

Peace and quiet, access to the beach.
Nowhere to wash your feet or shower leaving the beach coming back through the garden gate.
