The quality of the breakfast food wasn’t up to the standard of the hotel

Great breakfast. Nice pool area and good location (if you want to stay in Adeje, but i prefer Playa de Las Americas, since its got way more life, feels much safer and is overall a much better location). Big, comfortable beds and a big balcony. Big parking garage that is very close to the hotel. Supermarkets and bars right across the road. Beautiful sunset from the room and nearby area. Great value for money

The central area where the reception is looks amazing. You can tell it was once a great hotel. It still is, but it really needs some renovations. Some of the fences, for example in the main hall and in our room, are quite janky and when i leaned against the fence in the main hall, i felt like it was going to break and i will fall, and im not even a heavy person. Also, when showering with warm water, it was literally brown, like i was bathing in mud, so i had to shower with cold water instead. Not sure if thats a Tenerife thing or just this hotel.

Good variety at breakfast, good facilities, good size room which was cleaned every day as were the towels, lovely pool area.

the hotel staff is not friendly and there are thieves!! we were a group who took parking at the hotel. when we booked for a week, they charged her to take our money twice!" an older gentleman with glasses" the same happened it also happened to our friends! the room card and the parking card do not always work, there is a problem!!! The hotel receptionists don't want the parking lots to be opened, you still have to go to the Reception even if you have a parking card! when we handed over the cards, the receptionist "Daniella" didn't give us back the money on the card, both the new one and our friends! you have to ask him for money or he simply leaves, dealing with something else!!!!!

The location is great and the staff friendly. The evening entertainment was family friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. Our daughter was happy with the kids club.

I did find it slightly overpriced in terms of the facilities (pools, restaurants, etc). The property is located in a strip mall and the parking garage was absolutely disgusting. The elevator from the garage would only work occasionally and the stairwell was littered with trash and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I understand that some parts are no fault of the hotel since it's a shared garage, but the hotel had a specific floor for guests which was filled with trash. If we hadn't traveled by car we would have probably been happier with our stay but it really affected our experience at the hotel.

The property was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The Gym was only open from 11:00am, some of the rooms were close to the elevators and you could hear banging when you slept when the lift stopped at each floor. Breakfast was ok for the price. It was annoying that a lot of facilities weren’t included so you had to put a deposit and pay for use of Towels, Irons, Safe Keys, Spa etc so this adds up during your stay.

The food was very poor quality at the breakfast. Rooms need refurbishment, almost everything I touched was falling apart. Definitely not 4 star, maybe 2 star... Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Not worth the money.

looks beautiful and luxurious We had an enormous bed which was not 2 singles pushed together. rooms were clean and bathroom quite high spec.

no toilets around pool. had to walk up to reception or along a back wall down 2 lots of steps and back on ourselves inside the hotel to get to loos. lifts were available for disabled and ramps however it would take an age for anyone in a wheelchair ti get to the loos. This was my main complaint. I am fit and healthy and it really bugged me.

The bathroom was from some other era, rotting door, awful faucet (spewed water everywhere).
