The cleaning staff and the staff in the restaurant were very kind and accommodating.

I arrived at this hotel with my partner after showing up to the hotel that we actually booked, which was another Sabina hotel about ten minutes away. No one informed us of the closing of the property that we booked and no one apologized/provided an explanation as to why it was even available to book online if it was actually closed upon our arrival. The air conditioning barely works, and never reaches a cool/comfortable temperature regardless of how low the setting. The beds are rock hard and easily slide away from eachother. There were spiders in our room, and random hooks left on the wall where a mirror or art work could have previously hung. When we asked to iron, the front desk literally gave us an iron without the board to go along with it. This is not up to 4 star standards for Europe. I would liken it to a four star in a country with a much worse economic situation. It looks appealing in pictures, but the signs of wear and tear are often to be found. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Spend your money on any of the other hotels in the area.
