Location was fantastic, just 2 minutes walk from the balcon de Europa and very close to all restaurants and stores of the town. Bed and pillows very comfortable, garage with lift not a fantastic experience but good to have it because it is a nightmare to find parking outside. NIce small pool on the roof. Nice touch a bottle of water in the room.

Excellent position in the centre of the town, near all the bars and restaurants.
Not good for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs. Very noisy between rooms, you could hear other guests very clearly and a lot of noise from the reception.

Wonderful location, right in the center of the plaza near Balcon de Europa, walking distance to everything!
The fact that its location is fantastic, also means you hear a little more noise and late at night. Bring ear plugs and it's perfect !

It is quality throughout and staff excellent.
The menu in rooftop restaurants was not great. Food was poor. Paid for chunky chips and got straw fries. Complained and given a free sweet.

The hotel is centrally located making going out in the evening very enjoyable. Even so it was not too difficult to get to by car and if you can find a space and leave it there great. If not there are paid car parks within a couple of minutes walk. The staff were very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, food was good.
My only issue with the hotel is that I am a very light sleeper and I didn't think to ask for a quiet room. So we were literally on the first floor overlooking the street and above the hotel entrance so I found it difficult to sleep. Had we stayed out late, or asked for a quieter room this hotel would have been perfect.

comfortable , clean and well located. However location was not a major benefit over last few “noisy” days of festival
we were originally placed in room 206 before requesting a move to 212. room 206 is totally unsuitable, certainly from a health and safety perspective, and is not a proper hotel room.

Everything. Super location in the middle of town, close to the Balcón de Europa and with the most polite staff you could hope for.

Our friends were supposed to have identical room but ended up in a much smaller and cramped room. Bar at the hotel was no longer open.

The location is absolutley spot on for everything. The hotel is very clean and great value for money. I would recommend any of my friends to stay there.
I can not think of anything to dislike about the stay.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms, rooftop pool and snack bar has lovely views, reasonably priced food and drinks. staff very friendly and helpful.
