The staff are accommodating and friendly. Location is excellent and in general very quiet. The breakfast is decent. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The bar closes early without notice to guests using it.

Hotel is nicely located, a couple mins away from hyde park. Our room was very spacious and everything was very clean.

Breakfast and breakfast area was could be better, the staff tending to the breakfast area were somewhat lackluster. There was not enough seating so they had set up foldable camping tables and plastic chairs to seat all guests at breakfast. There were many, bright leds through the room that lit up the room at night we had to cover some to be able to darken the room.

It was an amazing experience to stay in Blakemore Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in was very smooth. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was fabulous. This was my first stay in the hotel but I would definitely come back again and again as I was super satisfied and it is really worth every single quid I spent. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

We stayed there for about 8 days. Great location , extremely clean , the staff were very courteous and polite. Would definitely stay at Blakemore again. Highly recommended!

We had a leak coming down through the light in our bathroom and staff had little empathy about this but did move us rooms when we asked

Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, without being outstanding.

There were two lifts and no service elevator. One of the lifts was out of service for the entire 10 day stay. This put a lot of pressure on the remaining elevator, which was out of service for two, non consecutive, nights. It was 104 steps up to our room! Other gripes: I would have liked to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace, but it was overrun by smokers. Our room had blockout blinds, but they let too much light in around the edges.

The staff was helpful and kind.

When we arrived the elevator was not working. We were traveling with an older couple and going up to the third floor was tough on them. The elevator was fixed that day but it would have been nice for them to have been put in a room on a lower floor.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but the breakfast was average. The choice of the cooked buffet was good but it wasn’t the best breakfast. Coffee was nice.

Great location, both in terms of getting around London with Paddington and other tube stations a short walk away as well as the neighbourhood itself. Despite quite a few other hotels in this area, it's not overrun by loud tourists. A lot of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets to choose from. We especially liked The Porchester. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful, the rooms have a good size and are well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of sockets to charge your devices, excellent rain shower and big fluffy towels.

The breakfast, while convenient, was very average if not below average in terms of quality. In terms of choice it was good. The restaurant area was too small at times to accommodate all the guests and the bulky chairs took up quite a bit of room, making it harder to manoeuvre to your table if all tables were occupied.

It’s a beautiful building in a quiet street but still very close to a couple of underground stations and bus stops as well as a short distance from the local high street with numerous restaurants. The breakfast was really good and each day it varied slightly from the day before. The breakfast and reception staff were really helpful and friendly with tips in where to go and what to see.

The menu for evening dining options is very limited and what is on offer is not as tasty or as well cooked as expected. But with restaurants close by this wasn’t a huge drama.

Location : Easy access to Queensway tube station, and Hyde park - decor very pleasant, nice ambiance. Suite was large and comfortablewith excellent fittings , with nice sofa but no coffee table.

Very poor selection of TV channels - no news channels available. When asked for things to be looked at felt that the attitude was poor .

Very warm welcome back, early allotment of the room as requested, help with taking up the luggage and bringing it down as well. The overall very warm and friendly behaviour by Hosein at Bell Desk and Christian at Front desk and by most other hotel staff members as well.
