The staff was great & very helpful, extremely friendly, the location of the hotel is excellent, I enjoyed everything & would definitely repeat this experience again with great pleasure

The location and beach only Housekeeping service is good

The AC is barely working in the room. The hotel is super outdated We were locked out of our room twice because the card reader decides not to work suddenly and no one came to us. They kept on saying “go to the reception”. Someone came 45 minutes later. Zero hygiene We always find insects or ants in the room/on the bed The smell of the hotel once you enter is terrible (fishy) The buffet area is super dirty The eating tables are always dirty The food is terrible and no variety. The room service is very bad (when you order something it might not be sent to you at all or it’s super late) Coffee is not available all the time (only during the eating time) We checked out a while ago and no one ever asked us for a feedback even though we have been here for 15 nights. They only asked the night before we leave. It is way over priced for the service and place.

The welcome reception was very easy and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable with an excellent sea or pool view. The resorts was so well laid out, restaurants, bars, pools, beachbeds, etc. All the staff were very friendly and we made several new ones amongst the staff an holiday makers. The resorts beach has ample sunbeds and parasols in a relaxed style (less regimented in rows) which is what I liked. Promenade Resort is aptly on the main beach promenade with a comfortable walk in to the town center for additional restaurants and shopping. All in all thoroughly pleased with our choice of Promenade Resort Beach Side and our thanks to all the staff.

I was amazed by receptionists n the chef n guy at the bar....nice lawns n good swimming pool attendant. keep it up

good value for money as I booked far in advance

this is not in any way a 5* hotel. it didn’t matter to me as I was on a one night stay . broken electrical sockets , broken balcony sliding door , and the worst - pumping techno music from the bar area until night time . i looked out at the pool bar and there were three people there . who does this music appeal to ?

The staff were very attentive to detail and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Naama Bay Promenade still does feel like a 5 star hotel.

I can't think of any recommendations.
