Good location, specious room, clean, comfortable bed.

The lobby and main areas feels old and the swimming pool doesn’t get lot of attention, it feels very much like a residential place rather than an hotel.

We stayed in executive suite. Room was nice but very dated, lights not working and leak in the bathroom ceiling. Needs a revamp of the bedrooms but otherwise they are fine.

The hotel location is fantastic, with access to the beach. Hotel facilities are mediocre, and although the room is clean it felt outdated.

I ordered the room through Booking and made a mistake by forgetting to set the right date, and istead kept the date value as the same day of my order. When I realized it (just 2 hours later) I started submitting requests to postpone my order through the Booking platforn. The response I received was that the hotel is rejecting my request. I immediately contacted the hotel, but they said that Booking don't allow them to adjust my order. I spent the rest of the day going in circles between the hotel and Booking, each claiming the other is refusing to postpone my order. I ended up going to the hotel although the date was very inconvenient. This was the worst client experience I had in years and it will therefore be my last order through Booking. When I got to the hotel I was told that what I paid was extremely high, and I could have saved hundreds of dollars (!) had I ordered directly. That added to my frustration. Insteaf of enjoying my stay, the whole event turned into a very negative experience.

The location is excellent, the pool area was pleasant, breakfast was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable - old or just bad mattress; the sheets did not fit on the bed and the bed cover was way too short - didn't cover me! Also, the outdoor balcony space was dirty and had peeling paint all around. With a little effort on the management's part, it could have been a much more pleasant stay.

The 24-hour BREAKFAST restaurant directly across from the establishment IS YOUR BREAKFAST. Inside the hotel, breakfast IS in a dog's (breakfast) bowl. Location? Supremely IDEAL.

The exterior view of the establishment is "heads" of a coin----- the interior is a distant far cry of surfacing up to superior levels

Parking is not free for guests (although they have private parking lot- it costs 65NIS per day!!), Stuff in the reception were not very nice and not pleasant, Doesn't have sauna

The prices on booking are very misleading. We ended up paying 450 per night per child on a sofa bed in parents room. On the booking site search I wrote ages of children but on arrival they maintained that price was for babies so they added another 200 each. This should be made clearer to the guests There was some shouting at the reception desk that could have been more delicately taken care of. nice place.
