Loved the spacious room and balcony. The bottle of wine and chocolates were an amazing arrival gift. The breakfast was sensational.

Breakfast was sufficient, but requested skim milk several times, staff didn’t understand, cappuccino machine made cold coffee, could have had more hygienic serving utensils, teaspoons & teacups were not very clean, the worst was the main ensuite toilet in the junior suite smelled very bad!!, damp or mould on shower wall!!

Breakfast was great, staff was nice and friendly, Although the service was slow.

The rooms are exceptionally small. Nothing like any “5 star” hotel we have ever stayed. The swimming pool was small and blocked from all directions, doesn’t have spacious feeling . The gym was very limited and unattractive. The location is nice if you like the Marina, but it is actually 15 minutes walk from the nearest swimming beach. Not what we have expected. The staff were nice and friendly, but the service was slow. when you dial to reception, in 2 out of 3 times no one answer. We have made some basic requests, it took 4 calls and 3 days until they were fulfilled. It was a decent place if it was “3 star hotel” but nothing justify 5 star or the price.
