Fantastic, amazing, awesome, peaceful are just 4 words that easily describe this property. One really great feature is that there is only one or two steps to negotiate to get into the main floor of the property. There is one bedroom on the main floor so this was a big plus for us as we assigned that bedroom to the elders of our group who were both 83 and had limited mobility. The remaining 5 bedrooms are either up or down one floor. There are several common / gathering areas with 2 of them on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with whatever cooking items you need to cook for small or large groups. The property management group were very responsive and always only a text away. There were 10 of us ranging from 21 - 83 and we had plenty of space to be together or sneak off for a little alone time. The views from both the front and back of the house are breath taking. What a great view of Pike's Peak to wake up to every morning. Beds are very comfortable as is all the other furniture. We highly recommend this property to any larger group needed 6 bedrooms plus some couch space.

Overall this property was just what we needed. Close to many things and plenty of room.

We would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal to explore the area. Our grandchildren loved having the park just down the hill from the house to run off energy. The house was clean and well stocked. If you have an infant, everything you would need is provided. The back porch was ideal in the evenings to chat with a view of the sun setting on Pike's Peak. We've stayed at several large homes similar to this one, and this home is by far our favorite.

This property was excellent. The location was convenient to food and activities and the house was clean, well-kept, and well-equipped. There were plenty of toys and games for all of us to enjoy during rains and in the evenings. And the view of the mountains was outstanding. In addition, a park and hiking trails were within easy walking distance. Finally, the property manager was very helpful with our particular needs. The bottom line is that everyone in our party old enough to express an opinion was delighted.

This home comfortably slept four families for Memorial Day weekend. Tons of living areas and a great outdoor patio with a grill that we took full advantage of. The park a block away was a huge hit with our little kids. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our family of 15 traveling in for USAFA Graduation. Everything was clean, well organized and labeled. The view from the deck is incredible. We had more than enough equipment, games and toys for the kids in our party, including a playground within walking distance. The host was kind enough to leave us a note with decorations and tape for our graduate. Such a great house for large groups.

Rental property is great for large groups, with plenty of rooms and space. Rental manager (Kristen) was very responsive and communicative about a few issues we came across during our stay. Overall the property suited our needs for the time we were there.

My wife, daughter, two dogs, and I enjoyed the house very much. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect so we could easily take our dogs to the neighborhood park and also hike in the state park with the entrance across the street. Would stay here again.

The home has a nice view of the mountains. Our overall stay was nice and convenient as far as location goes. The home was very clean, but we did take issue with the pillows having stains on them, one being a blood stain. The house manager was quick to try and resolve the issue by giving us some new pillow cases, however it would have been nice to have received new pillows. We felt like the mattress cover on the queen bed downstairs needed a new cover. It was very loose. The bed squeaked, as well as the kitchen floor above. One of our other family members said the pillow cases and sheets smelled unclean. We knew when booking that there wasn’t a TV in the great room on the main level and not in the bedrooms, but we realized that it would be nice if there were more than just the one downstairs in the family room. The recliner in the great room tilted when reclined.

Wonderful, no complaints, beautiful views too.

Great house, perfect for a large group to spead out with multiple 'living room' areas - den, living room, basement, and deck. Plenty of bedrooms with various bed sizes helps accommodate families. Wonderful toy closet - no need to bring toys - even a high chair, pack-and-play and strollers, so perfect for little ones. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items and spices - cooked every day with ease! Trails on the mountains near the house were a lot of fun as was the neighborhood park. View of Pikes Peak from the deck was wonderful - great for evening star watching and morning coffee with large table and chairs. Costco, Safeway and plenty of food places nearby as well as Garden of the Gods. Wished we had more time - didn't get to play pool much - basement was great for teens and movie watchers. Fabulous communication with Brian and Kristen and great follow-up. Entire family was very impressed with house and renting experience.

Lovely and well equipped property. Excellent communication. Just one small issue. The basement floor shower had a bad odor. The two family members on that level did not want to use it.

Come yearly for the IAFF memorial, second time staying at this house, slept 10 adults and easily (12 adults last year)! Great trails close by and beautiful views all around.

We booked this house for two grandparents, two parents, two children, and two dogs. The layout of the house is great, allowing the extended family to be spread out over 3 floors. We also loved the location. There is a very nice neighborhood park just a block away, that’s perfect for exercising kids and dogs. One of the entrances to the Ute Valley open space is less than 100 yards away offering hiking, mountain biking and bouldering. The location made it very easy to reach all of the area attractions, particularly the Garden of the Gods. The house was clean and in good condition and there were lots of mule deer and rabbits to see. The property manager Kristin was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. I will be happy to book this house again the next time we bring family to Colorado Springs.

Our stay was amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about this house, the owner and the property manager. The house was very clean, everything was in working order and the floor plan fit our group of 13 perfect. The property manager was always available and communication was excellent. This was our first stay at a VRBO and I’m afraid this may have spoiled us for the future as this set such a high standard. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 6 kids age 7 and under. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at the house and enjoyed eating outside with the beautiful view. The kids loved all of the toys in the toy closet. The house offered plenty of living space for us all to be together or for us to have our own space when needed. The property manager was quick to answer my questions and the location was perfect for our activities. I have zero complaints and would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

This property was perfect for our extended family gathering. The home was spacious and included an area for children (games and toys). A community park is within easy walking distance and the view of Pike’s Peak from the deck is fantastic. Our host was attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When we first arrived multiple family members were commenting on how spacious and huge the place was. We had 10 adults and 4 children in our group and we had plenty of space for little to take naps in peace and quiet while the adults were loud and had fun. Our kids also loved it because they had a bunch of fun toys for children. Communication with the host was excellent and Kristen was very helpful! The location is extremely convenient as well, we were basically 15min away from Garden of the Gods and anything else we wanted to do! We also took advantage of the hiking trails right outside the front door and the playground that's a 1 min walk away. Overall this place is perfect for families or if you have a large group! Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay last Spring! We experienced snow while we were grilling out and an hour before was 70 degrees, we thought that was great! Loved the park down the corner for the kiddos and a quick hike up the hill in the mornings! You have a great place!

Decent property. I'd rate a B. Nice location, everything well explained and easy to use. Kristen extremely responsive. House can handle lots of people. Basement cold. When both bedroom space heaters turned on, the circuit breaker flipped. All in all a positive experience

The house was great! We were 3 couples with kids and the house was perfect! Good space, tons of toys for kids, kitchen and family room integrated and the location is perfect! Closed to everything on the side of Garden of the Gods, supermarket close by. A PLUS, Kristen contact me all time, giving weather updates, places to visit, fireworks information at New Year eve, it was like be in your friends house. Thank you so much!

The property easily accommodated our large group for Thanksgiving. It was supplied with everything we needed. Very comfortable and felt like home.

This was the best property that we have rented over the years we have travelled. The home was beautiful; the layout was perfect for the surprise birthday party we had planned and easily accommodated the 15 people who attended. My family (six of us) had way more than enough room. The home was very comfortably appointed. Two especially notable items - the kitchen was superbly stocked with any equipment you might need for a short stay. Also, the owner/manager have gone beyond expectations with supplying adequate plug ins for all of our electronic devices throughout the house. As an aside, the view was spectacular and the location was very convenient to the grocery store, shopping, etc and anyone who would be attending a function at the Air Force Academy could not find a better site. The property exceeded expectations; was better than pictured on VRBO and Kristin, the manager, was proactive and a tremendous help. Highly recommend without reservation.

This home was great for 3 families coming together. Plenty of room for all to spread out. Neighborhood was nice to walk. Views were also beautiful and much enjoyed while having dinner on the deck. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Liked it so much We are renting again next year!

We found this house for our group of 10 traveling to Colorado Springs for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial. Even though the Memorial turned virtual this year, we came out anyway! This house was incredible! We usually stay closer to Manitou / Old Colorado City but are now sold on this house and location! Brian was great to book with - easy and friendly! Kristen was so friendly and helpful giving recommendations of places to eat, hike, and shop! As fast as the house - absolutely beautiful! We loved having enough bedrooms that each couple had their own - 4 bathrooms was a dream! Other houses we’ve stayed at were missing a great common area for us to all sit and hang out but not here! Between the living space / kitchen and basement, we had it made!! The view from the deck was incredible - Sipping coffee out there in the mornings was so peaceful! Part of our group did the hike right across from the house and said it was hard but a beautiful hike! There’s also a park around the corner which was nice to go to! Overall, we loved this property and are hopeful we will be able to stay here again next year!

The house is beautiful but the views are spectacular. Coming from hot and humid S Texas , we so enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee as well as dinner. Great location for all the activities we took in around The Springs. Highly recommend this outstanding home

Great house on a fantastic location. Hiking across the street and a park about a 2 minute walk for the little ones. Best stocked kitchen we have had in a rental and very clean. Lots of games and toys for the kids. It was close to everything and Kristen was great!

Everyone was helpful and prompt in answering the few questions we had. We would highly recommend this property!
