It was a good location

The breakfast was almost non existent. VERY basic...toast and juice cups. Our A/C did not work the 2nd night. We were offered a $100 credit on our room but it never showed up on my credit card statement.

The room was a good size for three people, modern fixtures and furnishing, good kitchenette. Very clean. Good Air Conditioning. Bathroom wasn't huge, but had good fittings, always nicely cleaned by staff. Lots of shelves. The room had a nice view of Hyde Park.

TV was not great. We weren't able to connect to any streaming services.

De locatie was ideaal, recht tegenover Hyde Park, mooi park om te wandelen en er lopen ibissen los rond, restaurants volop in de buurt als je even een zijstraat inging, ideaal.

's Avonds begonnen de werkzaamheden aan het riool (denkelijk) aan de overkant van het hotel en dat was duidelijk merkbaar als je in de kamer was. Ontbijt bestond uit een half wit brood, kuipje boter, kuipje jam en kuipje pindakaas (2e dag niet, geen pindakaas). Het was de bedoeling om het brood zelf te roosteren en het bij een kopje thee/koffie te nuttigen. Dit vonden wij erg knullig, liever de prijs goedkoper en de buurman ernaast schonk een goed kop espresso en goede sandwiches.

Central location was ideal. The room was clean and comfortable, very little outside noise. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff were friendly.

Hatten ruhiges Zimmer im 10.Stock mit kl. Balkon und Aussicht auf den Hyde Park. Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile, nur das Notwendigste an Geschirr da (aber ausreichend). Ca. 30 Gehminuten zur Opera. In der Umgebung Restaurants und Pubs.

Frühstück erfolgte auf Zimmer, im Kühlschrank lagen abgepackte Lebensmittel: für 2 Leute 4 Scheiben Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Vegemite, Peanutbutter, 2 Päckchen Milch, 2 Päckchen Apfelsaft, 2 Päckchen Obst. Müslipäckchen waren auch da, Kaffee mit löslichem Kaffee zuzubereiten. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

アーリーチェックインに対応していただけた点が良かったです。特にお願いはしていませんが、部屋も無料でアップグレードしていただいていました。駅から近くどこに移動するにもとても便利です。チェックアウト後も「荷物をお預かりしましょうか？」と声をかけていただけたので、空港に移動する直前まで周辺の観光を楽しむことができ、とても助かりました。

冷蔵庫に未開封のミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを保存していたところ、清掃時に処分されてしまったのが残念でした。これから飲むつもりなのが分かるようなメッセージを残しておけば良かったのかもしれません。

Fabulous location, easy train ride from the airport, nice spacious rooms, quiet. Helpful staff - have stayed here several times and it’s consistently good. Appreciate the light breakfast provided also!

No hand soap at basin in bathroom - perhaps just an oversight? But no toiletries of any kind other than a body wash dispenser in the shower.

all was really good from booking in and parking the car, the room, beds and breakfast, helps there are trains and buses near the doorway and trams two blocks away. Also who could complain about the view loved seeing the park in the mornings and evenings.

the bathroom was a bit of a disappointment, mould behind the door, door not wiped over and grout turning pink all signs of not being cleaned regularly

Promised Bfast falls below expectations. Was expecting more substantial American bfast but was only provided w Toasts & butter, jams. milk, OJ and sealed fruits daily. Cutlery provision not adequate. We had to buy knifes n scissors on our own.

2 BED ROOM APARTMENT IS HAVING ONLY 1 TOILET SO NOT COMFORTABLE, BREAKFAST IS KEPT IN YOUR FRIDGE EVERY DAY WITH VERY LIMITED OPTIONS....

Excellent location in the city with Hyde Park across the road and an easy walk to the Capitol Theatre to see a show. It was good to have some basic breakfast supplies and I was thrilled to get fresh instead of long life milk.

We were disappointed that we couldn't open the balcony door for some fresh air. We needed to have air con on when we were in the room or it was hot and stuffy.

There were tiny German cockroaches in the kitchen running around on the benches and in the cupboards and up the walls.

it was dirty in all the draws and dusty. the lights in the bathroom are a yellow colour that made me feel sick. and the one single arm chair was wet. so I ended up with a wet bottom.
