Staff did not speak English at all and had to call a mobile number to communicate about a payment for the dog. No reception visible and the same staff who were serving the bar were supposedly the reception staff at the same time, speaking not a word in English which was challenging.

nice internet connection and the location was beautiful.

the bathrooms smelled terrible. the trash cans are next to the hotel and it looks so ugly when you come there. somebody left trash bag on top of our car. but the worst were the bathroom. it smelled so bad. we paid for the breakfast but it was terrible. they have us 1 cup of yogurt and some old greenish salami. i was not happy with the service.

Location is great, staff is non-intrusive and very helpful. Good (but basic) local cuisine in the hotel's restaurant.

our stay was excellent, the staff took a great care of us , the food was great , the rooms very clean and the environment perfect for a beautiful walk.

Not soundproof, very loud All restaurants did not serve food at 19 when we arrived, so we stayed hungry. its too early to close the kitchen

Excellent accommodation at Brnenska priehrada. Comfortable bed, great use of space.

Steep stairs to the third floor, so check with the provider to make sure you are on the ground floor in case it may cause problems to you.
