I have been traveling in the Czech Republic for many years and I must have stayed in around 100 different guesthouses and hotels. From the smallest family penzion in the countryside to large 4-star hotels in Prague. And the H&M Penzion was one of my best experiences! :D A welcoming house in green residential area and a very clean room and good bathroom. Very friendly owners, super breakfast with fresh and high quality food and very good coffee! Well working WiFi and free parking on secure private ground. A perfect stay and I will stay here again, whenever in Brno!

We liked everything about it. Rooms and host - were perfect. We had breakfast but there is also kitchen there for everyone to use (it wasn't mentioned). There are fridges in the rooms, water in each room, glasses, fan and even sweets :) Safe parking spots in the yard. Perfect for one or two nights stay.

Everything. Accomodation, cleanliness, beds, amenities... Staf so friendly and nice.

The place is very quiet, convenient and comfortable. Late arrival - no problems and safe parking place. The beds were great. The breakfast is PERFECT! Hosts are very helpful and kind people. In general - great value for money.

Absolutely silent during night, perfect croissant (and much more) on breakfast, can see your car from the windows in the inner yard, good wifi.

Suitable for one night, but lacks basic kitchen stuff for longer stays . And of course location is far away from the city center, that's why a bit cheaper than others.

Good price / quality ratio. The room had a private bathroom, both were clean. The beds were comfy, in general everything was clean. It was late October and radiator was volcano hot. Pretty good breakfast, simple but everything was fresh, including ham, cheese, sausages, eggs and vegies. No problems with the Internet. The best thing was a parking place on a patio, behind the gate. I could sleep much better with that thought :)

We asked for a double bed yet we got two separate beds. The location is pretty remote. If your only goal is to rest before you hit the highway again then it is ok. But to be there bit longer and enjoy Brno - this could be quite problematic. Especially that surroundings cannot be considered as a prime district.

Easy to reach from Brno center. Nice clean house. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. My children were happy and wanted to stay longer. Once back to Brno we will return to this pension.
