Breakfast better than expected

It is very convenient for travelling and has normally good facilities . The staff are also polite.

We can usually get a breakfast and evening meal.

I asked for room 9 when I booked. Had an email confirming that it was ok. I was told I couldn’t have it as someone else was in it.

Receptionist/manager was very helpful.Room was pet friendly but couldn’t take him into the restaurant.

Room seemed tired and needs updating.Location is out of town on an industrial estate.

I travel in France alot and Campanile is always a good place to aim for a meal and a good night's rest

The bed is big enough but the mattress too soft. Not very comfortable.

No restaurant open on Saturday evening. No bar open on Saturday evening.

Rundown exterior, awful windows and shutters, bed linen with stains (blood), insects in bed (ground floor, getting in from the garden, I guess), 1 small towel per person, extremely noisy due to a disco/ club nearby, noisy neighbors next door shouting and singing loudly at 1am, reception closes at night, so no one to assist if needed, unless an emergency. Breakfast ok-ish, though fruit salad was definitely off

it started raining and water came though the front door, we had to put all the towels round the front door to try stopping the water from coming in

Breakfast ending at 9 - too early for those not rushing off on business. No grabs/handles in the bath/shower. No bread at breakfast - rolls and biscottes rather.

Easy to find, pleasant staff and a nice welcome. Reasonable dinner in the on-site restaurant, great as we were tired after a long drive from La Plagne. Warm, comfortable room. Very clean, good nights sleep and a buffet breakfast with a variety of choices.

the photos on booking.com don’t give the justice. we took 15 minuties driving around because we couldn’t find the entrance to the parking. when turning up the hotel looks like an American motel and not a 3 star hotel. the beds are so uncomfortable and hard. the only window is on the front looks strait onto the beds and we just had it closed the whole time because anyone walking by can just see you in bed. I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t really recommend it

Situation

Very clean with lovely staff.

Picked à campanile as they have restaurant. Couldn’t get in....

Receptionist kept me waiting 10 minutes on arrival whilst on the phone . Asked about dog No ! Answer abrupt and bordering on rude.
