dining room and sitting room were not bad

Whenever the bathroom sink is in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, it is not a good sign. Barely enough room to stand at the sink. Bathroom was too tiny for a sink. Rugs need a deep cleaning or replacement. Pictures on website suggest that the property is near the Shannon River when, in fact, it is on the outskirts in a grouping of other buildings. Disappointing. We would not go back.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

All went well

You have your own car park. The breakfast is good and you have a choice of different tastes. The room is clean an comfortable. After asking the host for an adapter for our charger she looked for it directly and gave us on per person.

The host seemed to be annoyed which made us feel unwelcomed. It could depend on the day but we were the only guests so we expected some more kindness. The property was more expensive than booking.com told us so we had to pay extra in the morning (she told us already as soon as we got there).

the breakfast was great I had the omelette , the rooms where clean and very comfortable , easy parking, safe area. we will be back.

It was clean, really comfortable beds, and Charlotte was friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful guesthouse and garden. Accommodating of our wee dog.

The owner was helpful by offering breakfast earlier than normal and drove some guests into town for the start of our camino walk.
