The location is amazing! The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars and boutiques and it felt safe. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel in very good location. About 2 blocks from the vivid streets with restaurants therefore quite. Its a smaller hotel but looks like recently renovated.

Room was very clean, stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. I asked for directions, and they walked me to the bus stop, even told the driver where to drop me off. Breakfast was nice, service was fast. My only problem would be the location when it comes to getting to the airport by public transport. If you wanna take Transmilenio, you have a long way to walk (actually not too far, it’s like 15 - 20 minutes away but when you are loaded with your bags it feels longer) normal bus’s stop is closer to the hotel but the lady at the reception recommended to take Transmilenio. That takes ages! Best is to take a taxi, so approximately 50.000 COP (probably higher when there’s more traffic)

Amazing service, Comfortable bed, Quite. Cable TV. Did I say amazing breakfast? Excellent location. Walking distance to entertainment, food, grocery store.

The suite area (Living room) is completely outdated compared to the bedroom/bathroom area.

It is a good location close to Zona T and malls, safe and good staff who try their best. The breakfast is also better than average with several options (though you have to ask as nothing is mentioned or published). The rooms are spacious with good TV and mini-fridge, and good hot water in the bathroom.

My second stay in a month was very different and disappointing. The room layout was terrible, the noise from the busy street showed there was no soundproofing and even walking pedestrians can be heard, the bathroom door isn't a door, just sliding glass and it see through, the toilet is too close to the wall, the wardrobe is too close to the bed and doesn't open enough, the lighting is minimal and terrible, the shower head came off and wasn't fixed until the following day and the hotel tried to charge me 150,000COP for their broken part, lots of minor maintenance is not being done for upkeep (worn out door locks, broken door handle, lights that don't work, shabby furnishings), housekeeping is only available in the morning, same day laundry was not ready the same day, and worse of all, the WIFI was barely usable in the room and nothing was done at all to reset, repair or improve the WIFI, causing a lot of aggravation as WIFI is so essential for booking flights, making voice calls, filing mandatory health declarations, and planning anything. I spent 3-4 hours in the hotel lobby trying to do things online, and even there the WIFI was intermittent and slow.
