La ubicación, el personal muy amable, las vistas desde la habitación. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda.

Nada en particular, se ajusta a la relación precio calidad.

We looooved how spacious it was in the premium twin room. Beds and views were so comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. We also had a lot of space for opening and packing our luggage. We also saved a lot of time on washing our clothes once we get back home considering how we had a washing machine all to ourselves in the room. There was a bottle of detergent free to use in the room, too! The area was lovely, too. A few steps away from a great cafe and very accessible to Omotesando and Harajuku if you're after shopping in these areas.

The only thing we wished we could change was the bathroom. I've seen other comments mention it and it's true it's quite dated. We always look forward to using the toilets in our hotels so this one was a little disappointing. Every time we opened the bathroom door we could smell some faint unpleasant smell, maybe it's the plumbing or that the bathroom is a little old. Fortunately all the fixtures in the bathroom was working well so we didn't have a problem using the facilities. We do hope you update the bathrooms.

Comfortable, cosy room with a lovely view of the city lights. Just right for what I needed. Enjoyed the central location - right next to the Ginza line which was very convenient.

Didn't opt for breakfast but it didn't look like anything special. Think I was better off getting breakfast from the local convenience shops.

CEMETARY outside when looking down, so it was very creepy, we had to keep the bathroom light on. STAINS on carpets, also looked dirty like it needs deep cleaning, the washer dryer machine was not effective everything takes too long to dry even if i put 5 t-shirts needs like 3hours... also there were huge dust piles around the machine and when it was on, it made the room smelly. The head of bed is against the COLD WINDOW, the door is directly across from the bed so the energy of the room is not good. The AIR CON STINKS every time turned on & can see it is dusty. the small air con unit is also directly across the bed so you can get sick from beathing it so closely. They only clean the room once a week, but you can get new towel and rubbish collection daily. We won't come back; we will save more money and stay in a nicer hotel next time.

View from room , people are very helpful and polite , the hotel was clean and very comfortable

Coffee wasnt good , room a bit small , but thats the case in most tokyo hotels

- Hotel is located in a quiet area, train station (Gaiemmae) orange line is 2 minutes away which can get you easily to Shibuya and Shinjuku - A few supermarkets and cafes around which is very convenient - Room is small but it was clean - Washing machine in room (wash & dry) was very helpful and solved the problem of worrying about the laundry.

- Mild unpleasant smell in bathroom but it was not too bad. - Room is small, it should be OK for a solo traveler with a small luggage but if you are a couple with big luggage you might struggle to manage the space.
