Clean room, helpful staff. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.

ホテル代が少し高めだったかなと感じたくらいで、良くなかった点は特にありません。

This place was in perfect proximity to shinjuku and the wild, loud, fun atmosphere, without being in that wild loud atmosphere. The hotel is on a quiet residential street a short walk to the Tokyo metro. The room was clean and had everything we needed and nothing we did not.

Quiet, close to metro and restaurants. Clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly.

The room was small so with 5 people showering it got a little steamy.

The train systems got us where we wanted to go. So it's a must to learn before booking into any hotel. Hotel N-U-T-S was located in a great area with many restaurants to choose from, If you want to see other areas of Tokyo, the Shinjuku train line was only a few blocks away.

Not sure what is there not to like. However, learn the Shinjuku Train system and get your hands on a Suica card. It's a must! I used the Bullet train to see Mt. Fuji and go back to Narita Airport at the end of my stay. I also went to Sumarai Theater for Sumarai training, and the Tokyo Radio Building to buy a new computer. Visited the national garden, and the infamous Godzilla Building. I also escorted my wife to her first Sushi making class and ate some amazing Japanese food in the immediate area. All in less than 8 days and staying at hotel N-U-T-S. We had a great time and hope that this review helps.

Room clean, small, but as pictured. 3min walk to Shinjuku-gyoemmae station and convenience stores. Staff were all lovely and helpful, lending us umbrellas. There is a laundromat across the street.

It was a last-minute booking for this hotel and mistook the booking as "Japanese resident" (we are foreigner) so the price was different from the website (maybe we didn't read the discount campaign thoroughly). The location was good and close to the Shinjuku-Gyommae Garden, but we'd like notify you smth. If you're staying at the family room, you'll have to walk another 1 minute distance to another building since the room is not in the main building. The staff were nice, the receptionist gave us a bottle of water and the other staff took us to the hotel room and explained everything. They lent us umbrellas too. They were indeed strict about the check out time (check out more than 10 a.m. will be charged). We'd say the room was ok.

Clean and functional. Felt better than a 2 star hotel. Very helpful staff at check in. Stored our bags with no trouble. Close to metro station.

Felt a little like a bunker with concrete walls. A little pricey for 2 star hotel.

Location was convenient for using the metro you will likely use the Marunochi line a lot. Konbini were nearby for quick food access. Staff was helpful and friendly. It's fairly good for busy bodies who hardly stay in the room.

The room was probably not suited for 3 people to fit comfortably so keep that in mind depending on your group size. I feel like the room/bedding could have been cleaner but it was okay since we were hardly in there anyway. The heating with the AC was awkwardly positioned and made a more noise than we would have liked.

The location was wonderful, close to the Shinjuku nightlife but on a quiet street. The staff was very nice and helpful and check-out/check-out went quick. The bathroom with Japanese multi function was great!!

Easy checking in and out of the accommodation, the reception staff was very helpful and could speak a little bit of English. The location was great was quiet around the neighborhood but was still very central to Shinjuku.
