Frühstück sehr gut im 12. Stock mit Buffet und herrlicher Aussicht über Hanoi. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und beim Frühstück kann man sich Eierspeisen machen lassen (Omelette, etc.). Sehr gutes Management des Thypoons Yagi - alle Gäste wurden bestens versorgt.

The staff are absolutely first class here. Couldn't fault them at all. The hotel is a real oasis in the madness of Hanoi! The facilities are really good with everything you need in the room and the excellent pool on floor 10. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff whatever the request. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Tremendous value for money in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet selection . Nicely double glazed windows blocks out a lot of sound but take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper or request a room on the 7th floor upwards

The location was sensational and the staff were amazing. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from and there was plenty of it. The views were great. As a single person it was really safe and easily accessible to everything. I actually moved from another hotel because the location was terrible. Glad I did.

The windowless rooms are a bit small and costly. When I moved to another room that I paid to upgrade it was great to have a window and the room was fab but a bit tired. I overall just loved being there

Brilliant location within walking distance of everything the old town has to offer. Beautifully appointed room (I had a lake view room), lovely breakfast and the pool area was great!

The room wasn't huge but it was fine. It would be good to have milk in the room if you like it in your tea but that is not common in Vietnam.

Rooms were really clean and all facilities were up to date including the (limited) gym and swimming pool. Choices at the breakfast were excellent.

Nothing at all, though we booked the room for a very reasonable last-minute price. That made it for the price/quality to give the hotel a 10. I wouldn't have booked the room for the original price. Quality will always be good at this hotel I guess, but what you're willing to pay for that is up to yourself. The view on one of the pictures is taken from the breakfast area to give an impression.

Super Lage in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders toll war das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Toller Ausblick vom Pool über die Stadt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Lage unweit des Night Market und der Ausgehmeile von Hanoi ist sensationell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und das Frühstück lecker. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kritik, wonach der Pool zu kalt sei, kann ich nicht teilen. Wenn man tatsächlich darin schwimmen möchte, bietet er nach einem Tag im schwülen Hanoi eine willkommene Erfrischung.

Highly recommend! Pool was as amazing as it looks in pictures! Buffet breakfast had a great selection! Great service and Staff were very helpful.

Hotel was nice despite some basic things were missing for 5 star hotel “status”, regular maintenance appeared to be rather neglected and very limited space/ sun-beds for guests were available on the roof top, so even though you may be cracking bills there you may end up seating on an uncomfortable chair. That being said, we consider it very good value for money and enjoyed our stay.

The room is smaller than expected but food, staff and room service are great.

What a fantastic place to stay in Hanoi! We will definitely come back here next time we visit. Staff are so helpful and facilities to die for!

Lage, Frühstück

Die Zimmerkategorie, die wir gebucht hatten, wurde beim Check-in nicht eingehalten. Obwohl wir ein Premiere-Zimmer reserviert hatten, versuchte man uns in ein normales Doppelzimmer zu stecken und so zu tun, als wäre dies die entsprechende Kategorie. Erst nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde das Zimmer gewechselt. Am Ende bekamen wir zwar ein größeres Zimmer, jedoch entsprach es nicht dem von uns gebuchten Standard. Bitte achten Sie hier besonders darauf. Desweiteren ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.
