Große Zimmer, sauber, direkte Lage am Strand, nettes Personal, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Zimmer.

Einrichtung war gut, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nice location, welcomed warmly on arrival, spacious room and lovely sea views. Well appointed kitchen and excellent laundry free facilities.

Beds on the from side, be nicer to have a softer option at least in one of the double rooms. Bit on pricey side considering how much accomodation there is available in Napier.

No restaurant on property but lots near by.

No A/C, should be standard on a unit for this price Trucks with chiller units allowed to park outside on the 30/5/23, left the chiller diesel motors running all night outside on the road verge, these were noisy and as chiller lost cooling they would rev up quite a bit. left early as couldn't sleep. Probably wont stay again as this was bad and not noticed or handled by property manager. Booked into motel next door for the rest of the week, East Pier.

The location here was very beautiful considering it is right next to the ocean. Watching the sunset and sunrise from the balcony was mesmerizing. The place blew our minds up as the value for the rooms was quite cheap for a 2-night stay as a family of 4. We loved how the rooms were separated from our kids and both of the rooms have a TV. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location and view. The unit was nicely presented and had plenty of room.
