Good clean spacious room right opposite the water. A short walk to restaurants.

The unit was nice and the view was also nice. It's also a short walk to the city centre and so quite convenient

We were in a ground floor unit and there was a lot of traffic noise as well as a street cleaning machine that went backwards and forwards at about 4.30 a.m. onwards.

We had a room with a beautiful sea view but unfortunately Cyclone Gabrielle hit Napier on Monday night. Gagah, motel manager was exceptional in keeping us up to date. Letting us stay longer as all roads from Napier were closed. He provided a bbq and gas to enable cooking and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank or praise him enough for his help and support during a very difficult time especially as he had his own family to worry about.

More information from the police, council for holiday makers like ourselves. We relied on Gagah to keep us up to date.
