very good personel at the hotel. Also the geographic location of the hotel was simply great, walking distance to all great attractions and sights in the city

Parking in Nimes can be complicated but it is ofourse the same challenge for hotels close to city center

the stuff and the hotel manager are very helpful and welcoming, hotel’s place in the downtown and the service was very good.

I was overcharged for the room by mistake. I am due a rebate of 140 Euro. They stated they could not refund without an IBAN number. I sent this onto them on my return and to date I have not received the refund and despite me emailing them have received no reply. I would be grateful for your help with this matter

Do not to visit this terrible hotel, never!

The room was not clean when we check-in, very dangerous stairs in hotel, the baby cot was without even bedsheet, bed was 1,5 m its pretty small for two persons, furniture was broken, highly not recommend to book this hotel.

So friendly and helpful in every possible way. My room was lovely and the terrace was amazing. Situated in the town centre so was nice to be able to go out and see the lovely views and shops.

There was nothing I did not like.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and adequate for our short stay. It was very central with many key historical attractions within a short walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. There wasn't a lift which meant I had to carry a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.

Lovely small hotel, very attractive inside with old stonework etc. Very clean, and well put together. Manger was friendly & helpful.

The room was a bit small, but was what I expected. The only (very tiny) downside was that there was no water glass / cup in the room, and no toiletries (which doesn't bother me, but may be an issue for others).

The location is fine and the neighborhood isn't too noisy.

Everything is very small and cramped. The woman at the desk when we arrived was too bored to be even polite. She could not explain where the (expensive!) parking was. They have a bar but they don't give you a glass to drink your own water... It's not really a bad hotel but it's not worth the price.

Hassan, who is property manager was amazingly helpful and kind. Well located Hotel for walking to all the important Roman sites and gardens. Also bed and pillow fantastic !

Good location in the Historical district, but noisy.

The AC was not adjustable, so it was too hot in the room. Keeping the window open was very noisy. I slept 3 hrs that night because of that. The staff is a bit rude and never in the lobby (I had to wait a while for them to check in and out).

You may pay littel bit more ...for staying longer and dont check out 11 am
