Nos encantó la atención de sus anfitriones, la calidad del servicio, la vista, el confort de la habitación, la limpieza, su cercanía al centro a solo 10 minutos en un bus, el desayuno 10 de 10, en general, todo Excelente!

El bus puede demorarse un poco en pasar por la parada que queda como a 500metros y pasa muy lleno, aunque no es algo solucionable por el hotel, es solo para que lo tengan en cuenta cuando se hospeden aquí, deben salir con tiempo suficiente para cualquier plan que tengan en Amalfi o sus alrededores.

To complicated to get to Amalfi town

The room and facilities were nice, the room had a great view and the staff was very helpful and hospitable.

Getting around by the Metro bus from that location was difficult and traveling via taxi from the property to the Amalfi town center was expensive (about 30 € for an 8 minute drive). Although the property was on the Metro bus route, the bus often arrived 20 to 30 minutes late and on more than one occasion would not stop due to being too full with passengers.

I cannot express how appreciative I am of the service we received from the staff. Alessio is AMAZING!! He provided exceptional customer service as soon as I booked the hotel. My daughter and I have never traveled to Amalfi before, so I had a lot of questions about transportation, etc. Alessio answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me great advice. Once we arrived, Alessio remained the perfect host. He helped us get to excursions we had booked and to the other cities. He and the staff had breakfast for us every morning, and we were even provided with a to-go breakfast on our last morning since we had to leave so early. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great experience!

The only thing that could possibly considered a negative is that the hotel is far enough from the city center, that it's not that easy to get there. If you are looking for views, awesome staff and comfortable hotel, this place checks all those boxes. Just know that to get to the city, the ferry, and other cities, you will have to plan ahead.
