Good price, near to airport.

Very small beds, around 70cm wide. Charged 20 ZLT for another towel, cause made mistake at time of booking, as my search was set to 1 person, but we been 2 person and so they wanted more money. BUT at booking.com same price 1 or 2 persons. No way to have an agreement with reception staff. Was not fair, also as we only used this room some hours to have storage and shower for our stopover, been less then 8 hours in that hotel and left at 20.00 hours.

The lady at reception at 1am on October 19 was lovely! She helped me with everything. I really appreciate it. Good location if you need to be near the airport. The bathroom is good and new. My rate is mainly due to the staff last night.

Breakfast is expensive for what it offers. First of all, the restaurant staff don't speak English and the lady ignored me. Instead of trying to use the translator or maybe they can put a sign in English with the options and you can just point at the selected option... No, instead, they turn around and leave because YOU DON'T SPEAK POLISH. I'm sorry, I've visited many, maaaany places in which people don't speak English (of course, they don't have to), but as they work with tourists, they are open to try to help and explain, use the translator, gestures, whatever. But well, apparently she was explaining the "eggs options" and as I don't speak Polish, I couldn't choose and she bought me what the guy next to me ordered. But I don't eat speck. Sooooo... Bread is horrible. Fruit: there were 5 grapes (exactly that), which I ate. Artificial juice, Nescafe, one cake which didn't look appealing (the only sweet thing, not even jam, etc). There's yogurt, but no cereal or anything. All products are low quality. I've just had a great breakfast at a HOSTEL in Madrid for €5, which included good coffee, fruit, good bread and cold cuts, good option of cake and cookies. In Warsaw, the room is €42 and extra you pay almost €7 for this low-quality, bad breakfast. Honestly, if I'd seen what it was, I wouldn't have had it. The room wasn't clean, clean. The carpet is dirty, has a bad smell. The bed is small for a single bed. The pillow is non existent. The walls are like paper, I was awoken by the phone of the person in the next room. Expensive for what it is.

smell, receptionist tried to charge me more than it was on booking when making reservation, however when I showed booking price they change it to the one from reservation without a problem.

the best option for this price! easy to get from Central railway station (by train). there are 2 supermarkets and Rossman (cosmetics), McDonald's and some cafe's are near the hotel, clean room, coffee\tea point is in the hall. Hotel is located near airport that can be very convenient for those who are traveling by plane

Good price and accurate rooms

It is our second time in this hotel, first one was absolutely nice but this one we had a horrible experience. I have waked up early in the morning because of the wind in the room. And I have found the entrance door opening. I don't know did someone try to open it or the door lock was broken, but we have been stressed. Especially because we were travelling with a cat and he have escaped through the opened door. Fortunately we have found it but our morning was absolutely spoiled.
