Hosts were exceptionally friendly without out being 'in your face'

Very beautiful style house, spotlessly clean, parking at the door, inside the gates, beautiful garden. Usb sockets, hair dryer, toiletries, delicious breakfast, amazing owners, so willing to please

Price is high for b&b but fairly standard for Athlone which is very expensive anyway.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Lots of towels in the bathroom plus a good hair dryer. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast in the morning. The hosts were very kind.

This was the most Amazing stay in my opinion! The facility was absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. Not only did they accommodate everyone but they were genuine and kind. They greeted us when we arrived and welcomed us like family and shared great conversations. We woke up to the most authentic home cooked meal and our rooms were cozy well kept and bright! This is what I imagined a true bed and breakfast to be and they still exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!

Quiet, Clean and lovely atmosphere. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Felt like I had the place to myself even though it was full. Plenty of parking. Private sitting room for guests. Close to town. Owners friendly. No hassle. Really big room. I would stay again.
Bit expensive for a B&B (but Athlone is expensive and often booked out). The room was big though and could have accomodated up to 4 people which would have been great value.
WiFi was a bit patchy. Had to log in several times.
Breakfast finished before 10 which was very early for me. Might suit early risers.

The shower control is dodgy, the temp dial and water output control are not independent of one another i.e. if you want the water to run faster when you change the dial then you also change the temperature - dangerous
