It has to be the location. Access to a beautiful beach. The hotel is a bit tired and could do with the bathroom renovating in the room we had. Very overpriced for what you actual get

We heard the cost of a replacement plastic key card is BBD 100 which is extortionate.

great location and the staff was very welcoming

the room assigned wasn’t made when I walked in. had to walk back to the reception to have to get another room. it was already almost 9pm. They were nice enough to get me a bigger and clean room and order from the kitchen which was closing.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Great location on the beach and close to 'The Gap'. The property is older but staff does a good job to maintain upkeep as best as possible.

Booked a studio apartment with sea view. Cooking facility very basic and limited. Noticed various other rooms had a mini kitchen with sink ect and x2 hob which is what I was expecting.

Location was great.Local places around wich was reasonable to get food. Was on honeymoon trip. Shan at front desk had a wonderful surprise for us after we returned from a tour. Did not expect that,as she was the only one we mentioned that we were recently married. Had our room specially decored in a special way. All the staff were great from the person cleaning the rooms, to the maintainence staff,front desk and even the staff at the resturant. Thank you all for a memorable experience.

The hotel is right on the water. We arrived the night before our cruise. We we are family of six, all adults. It was great to sit on the deck. Listen to the waves enjoy the view and have a few beer. in the morning we had breakfast went for a nice walk on the beach and then headed to the cruise terminal. The rooms were really cute, though some may say outdated. We were in the pink building second floor, which is classed as garden view, but we could see the ocean through an empty lot.

I thought breakfast was included as per the amenities listed and was disappointed to find out I had to pay. Not enough clean beach/pools. Had to reuse some a few times.

Location is within walking distance of restaurants. It is also directly on the ocean.

Hotel and facilities in the room look very dated, in need of a refurbishment.

THERE WAS NO RADIO. CABLE TV STSTIONS WERE VERY LIMITED. REALLY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY STAFF

The environment, the way I was treated by the receptionist or staff in general, the lay out and the fragrance of the room I stayed at. I also liked the was the taxi man treated me. My trip was amazing.

The wifi connection was extremely poor therefore it was difficult to stay connected to my family. The fact that I only stayed two nights.
