This was our second time renting at Casa Bella Mia and it was great! Unit was well equipped and clean. The location is close to everything that you need. Vanessa and her staff are responsive and ensured that all was well. Will be back!

The site is an oasis. The gated pool area is lush with plants and shade. Lounging is peaceful with good wifi and a warm pool. The residents are friendly once you get to know them. Our condo was spacious, but the open living room and kitchen ( no windows or walls on the view side ) allows for humidity and street noise to enter. With the feels-like temperature of 40+C we were too warm at times. The bedrooms had A/C. Vanessa, the general manager was very helpful, efficient and resourceful. Madera Bay is a gentle 4 minute walk away and Centro is 10-15 minutes. We always felt safe. Playa La Ropa is beautiful and provides a work out hike of 20 minutes duration. Zihuatanejo and areas are wonderful vacation places with many cafes and restaurants. Prices are well below Canadian standard pricing and the servers are fun and responsive. One can lounge under shade on the beach for a minimum of one $2 beer. The ocean is the warmest we have ever entered, including Hawai’i.

This has been the best vacation I have ever experienced!! Everyone was so very helpful, especially with it being my first time in Mexico. I shared what I would like to do and they had great suggestions for me. It was the best ever vacation and I can't wait to come back!! This was a great place to stay in Zihua! It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area and overall appeal. We especially loved the open air concept of the living and dining area! We did however like that there was air conditioning in the bedrooms for a cooler night sleep. The overall experience was amazing. We will be back and will rent this condo again!

We spent 7 nights at Casa Bella Mia and fell in love with this little piece of paradise. The pool was fantastic and cleaned daily. The daily upkeep of the condo was nice. Inside the unit there were plenty of dishes to cook with. There were plenty of towels to be able to take to the beach with us and we loved the assortment of hats left in the unit to use. It was an easy walk to downtown that we would make daily to explore. Our first day there we went straight to the beach, it was nice how close the beach was. The next door restaurant Margheritas was a nice place to grab our morning coffee and breakfast (we loved the coffee). Vanessa was our contact person and she was easy to work with, she even had beer there ready for us to celebrate our honeymoon and she also had water too of course. The air conditioning inside the rooms was nice to be able to come back home to and turn on when we were ready for bed. We can't wait to plan our next trip to stay at Casa Bella Mia!!

Location and amenities were great! We really enjoyed ourselves the condo is clean and nicely decorated. It overlooks the pool the greenery was beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing. The open air living room lends to a very relaxing atmosphere. The authentic Mexican decor is comfortable and welcoming. Loved the fact that the ocean front was less than two blocks away. Beautiful family friendly beach. There are two restaurants across the street from the complex with many more within a two block radius, as well as a taxi pick up area and lots of shopping. The downtown streets are just a 20 minute walk and then you can walk along the beach front back to Casa Bella Mia. A swim in the condo’s pool before bedtime makes this place a place we want to go back to many times over. Thanks Kevin & Jennifer for the wonderful stay.

This was our third year in a row going to Zihuatanejo and Casa Bella Mia and grounds at Casa Cieba Condominiums helped make this the best trip yet. Two blocks from the beach, 5 blocks to downtown and more than a dozen great restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and we always felt secure. Also the other owners at Casa Cieba were very helpful and always willing to answer our questions or give good advice. If you are looking for a great place to stay a great price than look no further than Casa Bella Mia. It will keep you coming back for more. Edward Packer 4/12/18

Great central location! Walk to everything. As quiet as one could expect....it IS Mexico, after all! Hard working pool/property staff kept the grounds clean and the pool up and running, even with challenge of the construction dust! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.

Condo was perfect and pool area very nice. Found the location very convenient with three beaches within walking distance! Definitely want to go back!

We loved the ambience and privacy of CasaBella Mia set in a tropical garden setting. The unit is spacious and overllooks the swimming pool and entrance, VANESSA WELCOMED US AND EXPLAINED ALL ASPECTS OF OUR UNITAND WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED INFORMATION. We felt we were in a comfortable resort but close to the beach and several good restaurants,cafes and public transport and taxis were handy. casa ceiba is close to the centre of town and shopping opportunities. We met several of the other owners and guests like us which was a bonus.The overall experience was like a home away from home

Bella Mia served us well for a week’s stay in Zihua. We were looking to be close to Madera Beach and to the great restaurants located in that area. This was a great location and the residents were super helpful and friendly. The staff were also very helpful. The unit itself was clean and well equipped for cooking in, although we were a little disappointed that there was no outside barbecue. The best part for me was the pool, which we spent a lot of time in because the temperature was unusually hot & humid for late October. I am only taking off a star because of the lack of barbecue and lack of air conditioning in the kitchen/living room area. Could have used that air conditioning the week we visited.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. The pool & courtyard is beautiful. Close to the beach & market. Several nice places to eat within 2 blocks. Taxi station within a block. The condo was clean, with beautiful decor, nice amenities in the kitchen, and it is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool and landscaping have a very tropical vibe, and the condo complex staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

My family stayed here at the end of May. The condo was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that the bedrooms had AC for sleeping, and that the living room was open air so we could enjoy the beautiful weather. We also loved that it was just a couple minute walk from just about anything you want to do. The beach, markets, and restaurants are all very close by. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Playa Madera area. Three minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk or 35 peso taxi to the Zihuatanejo Mercado (store, vegetable, fruit, other supplies). Complex is safe and secure with a beautiful pool surrounded by chairs and lounges. Most importantly, owners are very responsive to their customers. Prior to my visit they ensured a safe was installed for my valuables. All in all, great place reasonable price, excellent owners.

This condo is beautiful, functional and clean. Salvador maintains the grounds and pool beautifully and Vanessa is always available to help with anything we needed. The owners Kevin and Jennifer are amazing ,kind and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We can't say enough about how walkable this town is , restaurants in every direction, beaches , coffee , markets etc. Everyone we came into contact with treated us like old friends . We came to Zihuatanejo for a wedding and chose to eat out for our meals, we never had a bad meal or bad service, and managed to work our way through a lot ,of trip advisors top restaurants. We can hardly wait to go back, and take some family or friends with us. Thanks again :)

My wife and I stayed at Jennifer's and Kevin's gorgeous penthouse for the past seven weeks. It reminded me of a beautiful hotel we once stayed at in Tangiers, Morocco. The streets outside were bustling and noisy. Once we opened the main door of our accommodation, it was like being in a quiet, luxurious, peaceful oasis. Casa Bella Mia is exactly the same. The two bedroom unit is very spacious and is set up such that each bedroom, together with a full ensuite , is independent of the other, offering more than enough privacy. Vanessa, the property manager, met us upon our arrival and showed us immediately how everything worked. There was even a welcome pack in the fridge which included beer and pretzels--how civilized is that!! The location is perfect since, again, it is very quiet, but only a ten minute walk to the exciting Centro where all the "land" restaurants are located. They are not to be confused with the "beach" restaurants, which are even closer. There is nothing lacking in both the condo and the surrounding area. A huge grocery store, laundromat , beer store and even a medical clinic are all within walking distance. Our hosts are impeccable when it comes to answering any question, no matter how trivial. We were 2 couples that stayed at Casa Bella Mia in Zihua for 1 week at the end of January. We were met by Brenda (as Vanessa was busy) when we arrived. Brenda showed us to and through this lovely condo. Vanessa also came up later and made sure we had everything we required and told us of restaurants, how to get to the town, bank machines etc.. and where to find her if we needed. The Condo was wonderful; clean, comfortable beds and lots of room for relaxing, in a great area of Zihua. Very central to the beaches - 5 minute walk to Madera beach, from which you can walk to town by a walkway, or 10 - 15 min walk to town via the roads depending on how often you stop along the way. The pool was lovely and refreshing after our day at different beaches. We also found that the other people that were staying in the complex were also very friendly and helpful. As we were only staying 1 week, we usually ate breakfast in the condo and visited many different restaurants for dinner. We really enjoyed Casa De Vieja (right outside the condo) and all the music that was played each night in various restaurants. Rossy's on La Ropa Beach on Thursday evenings and Daniels on Friday or Saturday was excellent. The owner Jennifer was great to work and answered any of our questions very promptly.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and close to everything as mentioned in other reviews. We went to Playa Madera (Madera Beach) the first day as it is a quick walk from the apartment. The kids boogie boarded and my wife and I had massages on the beach for cheap. It was the best massage I've ever had in my life. We also checked out other beaches other days and highly recommend them all. Great food served to you on the beach. There's also parasailing, jet skis for rent and floats where they pull you behind the boat. The restaurants put the tables and chairs right at the edge of the water so sometimes waves come up and touch your feet. Incredible feeling. Everything is also close. I walked to get iced coffee down the street at the local coffee shop most mornings. The people are warm and friendly. We are a bilingual family, so I'm not sure how much that helps, but from other people's reviews it seems it is easy to get by without Spanish. In fact everywhere we went people started by speaking to me in English so I think it should be fine. The only potential downside for some people may be the heat. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned, but the main living area and kitchen are not. The fans help, but it is still hot. The evening rains helped cool off, but it is a tropical environment. We enjoyed it, but as I was sweating every time I cooked in the kitchen. The owners are great. We emailed back and forth many times. They will answer all of your questions. Be aware that the images on Google Streetview are old and were taken before the building was built.

We went to Casa Bella Mia in Zihua for 11 days at the end of June and we had the time of our lives. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need to cook. Vannessa, the manager, was wonderful and speaks great English, she gave us so much information and was available to us whenever we needed her. The pool is so lovely, I could have stayed in it forever. The grounds keeper, Salvador, was so sweet and keeps everything looking perfect all the time. The two bedrooms have air-conditioning and that was very welcome in the Mexican summer humidity. Across the street is Margarita's restaurant where we had wonderful breakfasts in the morning and Casa De Vieja where we were greeted with the best hospitality ever time we went in (tell Raymundo and Ernesto we said hello from Washington state) . I loved all the beaches and we are only a 3 minute walk from Madera beach where you can get a massage, drinks, food, souvenirs , anything and everything. We are DEFINITELY coming back to this beautiful place and would not stay anywhere else but Casa Bella Mia!!!
