Nothing. It looked dirty and the elevators did not work. My room was in the 14th floor.

It looked dirty and the elevators did not work. My room was in the 14th floor. It kept going up and down for about 10 minutes without getting to the 14th floor. I had to get down in the 10th floor and use the stairs to go ask for a refund.

Is a great location for everything. Staff were really helpful and nice.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and had what I needed to work - a desk, wifi, fridge etc. A good shower with hot water and good power. The room had nice views out over the mountains, and it was really nice being able to open the window for fresh air. Aircon was also great.

location was a bit hectic and the lift was incredibly slow - only 2 for about 17 stories of rooms!

Good installations and the people working there where great.

Good installations but they urgently need maintenance, the sheets had stains on them and the wifi rarely worked and the tv was missing a lot of channels. I could hear people chatting on the next room and Im not sure they honored my booking.com fee.

Cleanliness, there were someone eyelashes left on the counter of the room. That tells me it wasn’t NOT cleaned at all. The patrons hanging out in and around the hotel, creepy.

Location is pretty good. If you rent a car, Don't be afraid of traffic. Everything in walking distance. Room very quiet!

Should have more coathangers and a hair dryer would be excellent. Maybe one english only tv chanel

You get what you paid. Not the best hotel but good for the money. Not too clean and smells damp all the time. The localization is the best if you plan to move around downtown.

It was so dirty, very disgusting. The sheets were dirty and yellow and the curtain bathroom was full of mold, the hair dryer did not work, smelled like burn when turn on so we did not use it, and the AC remote was falling apart. Horrible experience never staying there again!

Location was excellent, within walking distance to the major attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Room service was available until 10pm which was good and there was a nice choice of meals. Room was cleaned.

The pool was being refurbished, I wish they had mentioned something before as that was the one feature I was looking forward to. Room smelled of damp but it soon went when the AC kicked in. A member of staff knocked on my door early evening to see if all was well which I thought was nice but I took a while to answer the door and she walked in. I think that if ther eis no reply, they should simply walk away as it is an invasion of privacy. Same thing happened with the cleaner the follwoing morning. The lift were a bit slow, only two for over 15 floors. Overall, it was a good stay, it was quite pleasant.

I liked the location. Only liked the location as it is close to other places. The price was low but not according to what they gave.

Room was a good size but falling apart. Bathroom was not clean enough and had build up around the foset. They gave poor customer service, there is no luggage keeping as they just put it a side. There are TONS of immigrants outside the facility, which they let inside the reception taking up ALL space in couches if you even want to wait out for your check in time. Even when we got there 20 mins after normal check in they had us wait for 30 minutes more for the room. Even so the bathroom had hairs from previous tenant.

room decor outdated and old . showers not powerful . lifts to 16th floor took ages . very busy at reception . price was too high for the quality of hotel - could have got better for the amount I paid .
