La ubicación es super céntrica, las camas son cómodas con suficientes almohadas y en general la decoración y el lugar es de muy buen gusto. El personal es amable. Los platillos del restaurante son sabrosos y tienen servicio a la habitación. Me gustó el detalle de tener una cajita con cosas a la venta como snaks y loción para dormir.
No me gusto el que tuviéramos que ir a estacionar el auto y regresar a pie (algunas cuadras) (parece que el servicio de valet parking es solo en algunos horarios) Tampoco me gusto que se escucha demasiado el ruido de la calle y el ruido al bajar el baño, incluso se escucha mucho de una habitación a otra.

Me encanta, su ubicación, que tiene refrigeración y un balcón, ya que todos los eventos importantes pasan por esa calle. Está cerca de la catedral y las plazas cívicas, del Teatro, es muy fácil salir a tomar tus alimentos en los portales donde está todo lo típico. Ampliamente recomendado.
Le hace falta tener un frigobar para tener agua fría, por que uno haces muchas caminatas cercanas de todo lo típico que hay que ver alrededor y quieres refrescarte con algo saludable como el agua fría. Pudieras comprar una hielera pequeña.
El balcón es muy bonito y vale la pena tenerlo, pero se escucha fuerte todo lo que pasa en la calle. pero llegas tan cansada que lo escuchas mucho.

Perfect location in the historic center, without being smack dab next to/across from the cathedral and so much noise o the weekend; a block from that was perfect! Beautiful property, and the decor is very lovely. Amazing food in the restaurant spoiled us! Very comfortable rooms, and a bonus that there was AC to cool off from the brutal summer heat. Above all, the staff is incredible! we would rate this a 20 out of 10!
The only downside is that the safe is in a corner in the closet that is difficuly for a left-handed person with a bad back to get to...

What we liked most about the property was the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. Every room has an AC which was great during our stay for the hot nights. The staff. They were amazing!! Honest, kind, and trustworthy staff they have here. My brother left his expensive razor in our room and we happened to switch to a different room. When we arrived to the room, they had moved the razor into our new room!!!! If that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is. This is our third time staying here. We will continue to come back.

The location is perfect for walking around downtown Morelia, the staff were great, suite was incredibly spacious and clean. Loved the water pressure of the shower!! Also we went out a couple of times, and there was always someone at the lobby ready to let us in despite it being late at night. Staff were also very quick to bring us more towels or other toiletries upstairs when we called in for them.
There is no elevator available in the property, so this is not an accesible hotel for anybody that would have difficulty going up several flights of stairs, plus dealing with bringing your luggage upstairs.

Understandably due to location it won’t be the quietest, but there is this square, loose man hole that made sounds every time a car passed over it. It went on for all hours of the day and night

very loud music coming from behind the hotel. we have stayed here a total of 5 nights over the past two years but will stay elsewhere the next time we are in Morelia. it is too noisy for a good nights sleep.

The furnishings and the restaurant with its tasty food & friendly servers
This hotel is lovely BUT the loud music from somewhere behind or beside the hotel disturbed our sleep all 3 nights. The music continued for several hours. After our trip to San Miguel, we returned for an additional night & experienced the same problem so even though we are returning to Morelia, we will look for a different hotel. The street noise was also loud but understandable due to the location. We expected that, butnot the loud music.

Because it’s near the Cathedral, the noise at night it’s quite uncomfortable. Also the beds we’re kinda hard.

The food is delicious, the room is colonial and comfortable. The person who accompanies you to the room is attentive.

I loved the location. how ever our AC was not working in the room. but Ruben was great, he moved us to another room. I will definitely stay their again.

not only was it in a great location but the rooms was truly breathtaking! it was just like the photos and better. great for a family trip or a romantic getaway.
The only thing about this Hotel is that you have to park your car in a garage a street down. Then carry your luggage though town, till you reach the Front desk. so park what you can carry, just a heads up.
