This is my third time staying in the Flynn house for a friend’s getaway and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, location is amazing and check-in is a breeze. We hope to come back again next year!

Very good location, close to main strip. Check-in and communication with host was very smooth. The house has nice charm and was well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious but quite bright - could perhaps benefit from some room darkening shades (especially since we were travelling with small kids who nap during the day). The hood to the gas stove was broken during our stay, part was on order. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Overall we had a very nice stay :)

This is an absolutely charming home. The kitchen is very well equipped (glassware, pots/pans/knives/utensils, etc.). The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds were very comfortable (medium-firm) - with lots of extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were all very clean, and the showers had great water pressure, and there were soaps and shampoo/conditioner included. The photos accurately portray the rooms. This is a keeper.

Highly recommend. Better than the photos show! Steps from Queen Street and Irish Pubs and many patios and restaurants. Great decor and history. Beds are very comfy and bathrooms great. Only negative was we were party of 8 and only 5 coffee mugs, etc...

As a group of 5 well travelled women, we had the opportunity to stay in many VRBOs. Of our most recent week long stay in your historical home, we have a number of concerns, many of which have been noted by previous guests as far back as 2016. We feel addressing the following issues would enhance guest experience. The house had a musty smell from the basement. No hooks were provided in the bathrooms for hanging wet towels. Wanting to be respectful of your property, a binder would have been helpful to understand how the house functioned. For example, we never did get the tvs to work consistently, no outdoor containers to put garbage or recyclables were provided. Not noted by guests so perhaps a new issue, was the apparent noise of animals heard in the walls. When advised, you mentioned you would call in exterminators to examine this. We hope that you have been able to resolve this successfully. We appreciated the renovations that you have completed in the house but the outside house and grounds are in need of attention. Location was fabulous, room size incredible and 3 bathrooms much appreciated for a group of our size. Beds and lines were lovely.

Everything about the house was lovely, especially the outside table and chairs in the secluded backyard! But most important for my friends and me was the location location location! We parked the car in the driveway when we arrived, and there it stayed till we departed. We (all over 75) walked to all the plays and restaurants, and even the lakeside, with ease..

This was a beautiful home to stay in. So close to downtown, nice big back yard to sit in, and a beautiful home inside. Would definitely stay there again!

Very charming clean and close to everything. The backyard is very large and there is space for a family of 8. Strongly recommend.

Location was fantastic quite neighbor close to everything. Home was great clean and well stock wirh towels and all toiletries. I would recommend this place to everyone

We had a great time at NOTL. The Flynn House was a great location for us. We were able to walk to everything. Plenty of space as well. We enjoyed our stay there.

Can't beat the location of this house! House was spacious and comfortable, well decorated and well supplied kitchen. We BBQ'd and ate in the backyard as well which was lovely. My only small suggestion to the owners would be that it would be great if the windows had screens so you could open them for a nice breeze if weather was appropriate. I live in an equally old house with similar windows and have screens which I love. Just a thought ;) We were however very very comfortable all around, loved the old books to explore in the house as well.

The location of the home is amazing. The home is quaint and updated. Beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. Thats what I always look for. I would definitely stay here again

We were a family of 5 adults. Found the house perfect for a couple of days in NOTL. The kitchen was well equipped , the beds comfortable and the location convenient.

Walking to everything was great! Beds all comfortable! Very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The group of seven would recommend a “Welcome Booklet” be left in the house for a few things: where the “starter coffee” is, where the thermostat is (we were very cold the first evening and thought the floor warmer in the kitchen was the thermostat brr , indicating the position of the floor warmer and how to use it (we were able to Google). a toaster, local tourist brochures, list of attractions and restaurants etc would be helpful and make planning more expedient. Wrote twice via VRBO with questions to better plan our grocery shopping and never received an answer.

Cottage came as advertised. Good communication with the owners leading into our weekend. Perfect accomodation for our party of 6 extended family. Walking distance to everything you need.

Michael and Luisa's beautiful property is the ideal space to stay with friends in NOTL. The location can't be beat, you're just off of the main drag, but still have a huge space, massive backyard, and so much peace and quiet. The home is exceptionally charming and clean.

We loved the Flynn House for our girls getaway perfect location so close to all the shops and Pubs. Very clean and spacious just a gem. Will definitely be back

My Mother in Law grew up in Niagara on the Lake, so as a special event we arranged to being her back to that beautiful town for a week and a small birthday celebration. Luisa's home was perfect. The location is fantastic - literally two blocks from everything you'd want to see or do in town. The setup of the house, with a full bedroom and bathroom with shower in the main floor, was exactly what we needed for our 100 year old special guest. Luisa was helpful and available for questions during our stay and everything was great. We had a wonderful time and are very thankful for the opportunity to stay there as it made this special event possible.

Everything was wonderful!

Very good location. Very clean interior with proper kitchen appliances. The outside of the house could benefit a little bit more love. Dishes (plates, utensils, glass) were minimal. Still, our stay was very enjoyable.

This house provided plenty of room for our party of six! The backyard was a great bonus. The large dinning room table made the perfect place for post-play wine and cheese. We all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house that’s perfect for a weekend away - lots of space and a great kitchen if you don’t want to go out for food. Also, super conveniently located nearby shopping/restaurants and only a short drive from the vineyards.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable, The only drawback is that it is across the street from an Irish pub with an outside bar which is noisy til 11pm or 1am

Wonderful house, full of character. We were there for our son’s wedding. Very good location for going out to events and enjoy early morning walks to the town. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house
