This was the perfect VRBO experience! The property is well maintained, clean, and even better than described. That is a rarity. It has a great Maine theme in its decorating. The furniture, bedding, and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. As a bonus, this owner does what every owner should and provided snacks, coffee, and other little touches. Small expenses go a long way to building goodwill and repeat customers! The property is near enough to downtown Kennebunkport to walk and there is an all-day breakfast place within 200 feet. The owner was communicative about check-in and check-out. I appreciate knowing that everything is ready for my stay and what is expected of me during it. There is a well thought out manual about the property and town that seems current. There are two TVs available, but no cable included. You need to plug in your own streaming info. The yard is also lovely and features a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and adirondack chairs. The garage has been converted to another living room space. There is a mini frig and TV in this space and a screen keeps insects out when the garage door is opened. (We loved that touch!) There are two off-street parking spaces included. A beach pass was provided, but not required during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone without reservation and would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Upon arrival, my family and I were made to feel truly welcomed. We found the home clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all necessities. We were even treated to unexpected gifts of wine and snacks! A perfect retreat to enjoy our favorite vacation spot!

This is a very nice, very comfortable property with excellent outdoor space and easy access to downtown and the local beaches. It was clean, bright and spacious. We were able to do several day trips to visit friends and family. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. We enjoyed our Maine trip very much! Thank you!

The property looked just like what I saw on the Internet, which always isn’t the case had three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them right off my room, which I liked a big yard a nice table with an umbrella and landscaping was beautiful and the area was perfect a 10 minute walk from downtown very very quiet at night. We had a great time.

We loved our week at this property! The home is within walking distance to town, so it’s in a great location. The home was immaculate and we appreciated the gifts the owners left for us…very thoughtful! The setup and decor were wonderful. We would definitely stay again and can’t wait to return!

Had a great time at this house with plenty of room to relax and hang out and a quick walk to the downtown area with sidewalks the whole way. Very quiet, perfect for a small group or family.

House was in a great location to Kennebunkport. Just a short walk to the middle of downtown. Perfect location if attending a wedding at The Nonantum Resort.

As described, very clean, walk to center of town, nicely decorated and everything on the property was in working order. The outdoor space was inviting and private. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The space was wonderful! It was clean and tidy. The finishes were modern and the home was equipped with almost everything you would need. It was the PERFECT place for a weekend in Maine. Host was also kind and responsive.

We just enjoyed a fantastic week in Kennebunk! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for ourselves and our two year old daughter. Plenty of space, great yard and it was in an absolutely ideal location. Ten minute walk to restaurants in town, less than five minute drive to the beaches. And can throw a stone to Mikes all day breakfast! We will definitely look to book again next year!

I have rented every summer in Kennebunk for the last ~ 15 years to visit with family. This is one of the best rentals. The layout of the house is perfect for families; plenty of separation. The decor is lovely and beachy, great beds and linens, comfy furniture. The location is perfect, walkable to everything. Book early or you’ll never get this house!

We came up for Christmas Prelude and had a wonderful stay here. Everything was so beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday and we had plenty of space for our family of seven. The property is extremely clean, tidy very functional for a the group of 6 adults who stayed in the three bedrooms. The guys hung out in the garage/living room area while the ladies were in the house . A nice 5 minute walk to tons of great restaurants in downtown kennebunk. Just a terrific weekend.

This property, located within easy walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport, provided the perfect backdrop for our mini family get away. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, organized and equipped. It had everything needed to enjoy our time. The house was very inviting, carrying the coastal theme from room to room. Especially appreciated were the welcoming touches: the personal note, bottle of wine and water, pamphlets about the area, parking pass to nearby beaches, detailed list of contacts and written explanation about how to utilize everything in the house. I would highly recommend the property as it was as presented and so much more!

This is our second summer staying here, and it was just as wonderful as last year! And the addition of the master bath was a huge bonus, especially with 3 kids. The cleanliness, amenities, and ease of working with Drew and Jill make this home hard to beat. Everything about it is “easy.” Being able to walk in, beds made, several beach and shower towels in the closet, beach chairs ready in the garage, fresh flowers on the table and waters in the fridge - makes this feel like a true vacation. We hope to return again next year!

We loved staying in this beautiful property in such an amazing town! The house is so beautifully decorated, size is great for a family and kitchen was well-equipped. You can walk to downtown Kennebunk shops and restaurants and the beach was a 3 minute drive. Owner was quick to respond, although we never had any issues. Outdoor heated shower was great and convenient to wash off sand. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again next year!

This house sits on a nice lot a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Kennebunkport. The host provides beach equipment. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very clean and well decorated. The owner is responsive and check in was smooth. Very good location.
