Very new, clean and quiet hotel just walking distance from the centre. Reception staff were excellent and helpful

perfect location in small town away from hustle and bustle. beautifully clean and all staff very friendly and helpful. underground parking next door was perfect and cheap ( less than 10 euros) great bar and nice restaurant with plenty of choice - and lovely breakfast too. very very happy 😊

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable and very large. If you don´t like the pilloow you have a second (fluffier one) in the wardrobe. Check in is easy and the staff is very friendly. We haven´t eaten there this time, but have on several other ocacions and the food is very good. The menu is excallent value/quality.

The ony thing we always miss is a set to make coffee/thee in the room and a bottle of water.

Good fresh fruit at breakfast.Uncomplicated but all one needed. Irrespective of all my disappointments, all the staff I met were very courteous and tried to help , explaining we”Sercotel policies” prevented them from doing anything else. Location of hotel , near to motorway was ideal, but being on industrial estate type location , a long way from centre ,so couldn’t walk .Very difficult to park in city centre if one wanted to go out is a big negative.I did not ask about taxi services as I have lived in Spain for many years and prefer to drive myself due to unreliability.I should have asked in case the hotel had special arrangements.

The awful part was that the lobby residents bar was occupied by non residents playing cards and buying infusions.I had to queue , as a resident, at 6.00 o’clock to buy a drink behind non residents. Then , the bar did not have a cold bottle of wine available . I asked for a wine cooler filled with ice. They did not have a wine cooler bucket.I had to carry two glasses with ice in plus a warm bottle to my wife in our room. Even worse, main bar on first floor did not open until 8.00pm. We went there shortly after 8.00pm planning to eat just bar food. We were told we would have to wait a long time for bar food as the kitchen were preparing a meal for a group of 24 who did not arrive until after 9.00pm. This is disgraceful, especially as there was a bar snacks menu on the counter that was quick and easy to cook.Totally improper I would suggest. When I mentioned this on check out to a confident charming and helpful man who had been helping at breakfast ( due to the group of 24), he said I should have booked in advance for bar snacks. So… if that is their policy, then that is their policy but I shall never return and will warn anyone I know against Sercotel “policies”. On other matters , the bedroom was large and very clean and modern. For me, and this is just a personal choice, the bed was so hard , and pillows i functional, for me, that I had a very troubled sleep… which was a worry as I had another 600km to drive.

The restaurant is amazing, very high quality food. Staff are very friendly.

A gym would be nice

Great location for travelling, just off the main road. clean, large and comfortable room. friendly and professional staff.

Tea and coffee facilities would have been nice in the room.

Didnt expect much on arrival as it was an overnight stay of convenience. However, checkin was fast with a very attentive receptionist, and underground parking was available. Rooms were far more comfortable than expected, and everything was within a few feet of walking as the layout was well designed. Dinner in the evening was surprisingly good and the complimentary breakfast plentiful with all usual choices.

Location was on the edge of everything, and the main bar was closed on arrival (it was late afternoon), but we found a local bar round the corner for snacks and drinks which was very cheap with a lively local clientel.
