Wonderful time! Beautiful weather and nice condo to call home for a few days! Condo was as described and all that we needed for a home away from home… location was ideal and beach was not congested!

This is our third year to choose this condo unit!! We will be back again. Great location! Great views from balcony! Beautiful beach that was not crowded at all! We loved every minute! Bed was super comfy and the shower head was fabulous! Kitchen was well equipped with everything that was needed.

The beach was lovely. It as foggy and beautiful. Different. Watched a thunderstorm and lighting hit the water. Next day was beautiful weather. Much needed time away.

I've been coming to Emerald Skye for over a decade, however, it has been a couple years since my last visit, and, once again, it did not disappoint. This hidden gem will always be my OBA go to. Always! I love that its a small resort, I love that all of the units are ocean front, and beach front, and I love the location. This unit was spotless, which is huge for me, the bed was very comfortable, and being on the first floor was excellent! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very easy to communicate with! The condo is smaller so makes it easy to park and use elevator etc.

The room was clean except the floors kept our feet black. Pool was only cleaned 1 time during our 7 night stay. Concrete around pool never cleaned. Bathroom at pool locked the entire stay. 3 Mexican kids that were related to the house cleaner stayed in pool a lot each day with no supervision. They were very loud and annoying.

We made this our first vacation with kids. It was amazing! Thank you, Jason.

We spent a week here for our anniversary and we loved it! The views were outstanding and the unit was well equipped for cooking. Simple short walk to the beach via a boardwalk. There was an opportunity right as you walked out to the beach to rent beach chairs/umbrella as well. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would recommend Emerald Skye to anyone. The ONLY drawback was the 5 am garbage truck pickup…every morning…not the owners fault by any means. We will be back

Had a problem worth the bedroom TV. Texted the owner and he was there and had it fixed in 15 minutes! Very quiet even though we were on the second floor. Check in and out was ultra easy. Bed in bedroom VERY comfortable (coming from someone who has had back surgery). Would def stay again!

The only suggestion we have would be for a bigger tv in the living/dining area. As the weather was a factor during our stay, the tv is so small that we couldn’t see the scroll on the bottom. We stayed at this unit several times, and we would certainly be back with this improvement.

Property was super clean! Very small and quiet. The beach was directly behind us and didn’t feel over crowded. The condo was clean and practical. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. This kitty condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything was great!!!

The manager was great to work with. They were able to help me get checked in and answered my call on arrival because my check-in info through Vrbo was not cooperating on my end. They also were good at communicating with me when their repair guys were going to be in the unit. The view was absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed having a unit with a working kitchen and washer/dryer, it made our stay away from home feel more efficient. My only complaint is that there were dirty items like potholders with food on them and old food crumbs and dirty spoons in the silverware drawer. With the check-out/check-in time being a 4 hour time space, there isn’t really an excuse for their cleaner to miss that kind of thing. I do feel like the owners/manager of this unit do care about their unit and customer service as they seem attentive. I would definitely stay here again because the unit, the view and direct beach access along with the price makes it worth the stay. Also did I mention the pool was very clean, and also heated? It was a nice play to swim and relax. It’s small but perfect for a relaxing swim in between walking the beach and getting frozen by the ocean water. There are definitely more pros than cons to this place. I’ll be back next year!

Great location and easy to get to beach! Loved watching the fishermen on the pier. The condo has everything we needed to have a great time!

Works best for people planning on eating out more often than at the condo. Not a problem, just an observation from the cook.

Awesome accommodations, Jason informed us our original reservation had a maintenance problem at the last minute. But, he set us up next door in an upgraded place for no extra charge. That awesome balcony saved a vacation with bad weather, for sure! We at least had one awesome day on the beach. Will wait a bit later next year, for better weather!!!!. Floors could have been cleaner, but, no other complaints. Thanks!!! Four Seasons 601 was great!!!

This is an older property but we like the smaller complexes. Very clean and ready when we arrived. The balcony is just wonderful. Guidelines for use, check-in, and cleanup were explained well. Very comfortable queen bed. I would stay here again!

We love the Emerald Skye location! It is a smaller complex and convenient to everything. Our condo was exactly as advertised. Great beach views - both sunrise and sunset. The unit was clean. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower! We love having this location as our home base when we are in Orange Beach. Thanks for the great experience!

It’s what we were looking for: good view of beach, easy access to a nice stretch of the beach, basic accommodations, not crowded (at end of February )

The unit was exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and location has extremely easy beach access. In walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this unit. We would definitely cone back

The property was just as advertised. Views were very nice. Bed head board and towel tissue holder need tightening. It was clean and the bed was relaxing.

This was our third time staying in this condo. We absolutely love spending time here. Tony goes for Sea shells in the early morning and I make breakfast for us to eat on the balcony. We Watch the sun rise and set, amazing to view every time. The Pates family is wonderful if you need to contact them. We look forward to our next stay!

The property was as advertised. Location was good room was nice and bed was comfortable. The only negative was every morning at 5 am the garbage truck rolled in and for the next ten minutes nothing but noise. Then a few mornings at 6 to 7 the maintenance guy came by with his leaf blower to blow the walk ways off. Property says quite time from 10pm to 8 am but that's out the window.

Close to the beach and everything else.

My husband and I rented this condo last year and found it to be a great vacation condo. It was clean, appeared well taken care of and ready to welcome vacationers to share their property. We were so impressed we choose to return to the exact same condo this year. Well, we were not near as impressed this year! It is quite obvious this is a rental property and not much (if any) money from a year's worth of rentals have been put back into this condo. It was not as clean, lots of stains on counters, old, used very minimal linens and bathroom supplies. 1 roll of cheap toilet paper for 2 adults for a week is not appropriate amenities. We could go on with other disappointments but hopefully Jason will read this and realize he needs to put some money back in to maintain a nice, clean rental. Kathy

I stayed here while attending a conference. I enjoyed the closeness to my work. I was able to enjoy the views and the convenience of being near restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc.
