Beds were comfy. Lots of space and storage for 3 families to sleep, shower, hang and be beach bums. Management was awesome as we had 1 minor problem with the microwave and it was changed out same day. Lots of toys and beach comforts provided. Kitchen essentials were stocked for easily cooking full meals at the house. Double washer and dryer were a nice surprise! Fridge was big and bonus fridge in the garage was helpful. House had lots of little essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, shower and beach towels, chairs and small stock of paper goods. Clean house and well kept.

Rented beach house with my children and grandkids. We were n town to attend my nieces college graduation at UCSD. Home was very nice but a bit outdated. Backyard “ocean” was great. Lack of basic supplies was a little aggravating but overall a very nice home. Would be interested in renting again.

This property was very very well kept and maintained. All spaces are very large, especially the top floor with a huge open floor plan and all with window to ten ocean! The design of this house is great for large groups and doesn’t feel like a typical beach house(small spaces). Plenary of room for the kids to be gaming on the tv while the adults sit, chat, sip, all while enjoying the view. Everything about our stay was truly top notch, check in to communication with ownership and so on! Highly recommend this property!!

A group of 10 of us stayed in this amazing home and it was everything we had hoped for. We saw dolphins each day right in front of the house and even a seal playing one morning.. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a great time. My only suggestion to the owners is to replace the mattresses on the sleeper sofas in the basement. They were extremely uncomfortable. We ended up pulling the mattresses off the frame and laying them on the floor to sleep so we didn’t have to deal with the bars. Other than that it was perfect.

Great home right on the beach. Well appointed kitchen, had pretty much everything we needed to cook/bake and plate food. garage can fit 2 cars, ample street parking. Beds are ok, a bit soft for me. Lots of blankets and throws, plenty of towels. '5th' bedroom is a tv/rec room with 2 fold out queen sofas. Two sets of Washers/Dryers- party of 12 could do much laundry. Good waves for both surfing and body boarding. Lots of chairs on the sandy backyard area with a firepit. Grill is on front porch and a charcoal grill set up, not propane.

The property was just as described. We had 10 adults and 2 small children. It was perfect. Plenty of things to do on the property and plenty of local sites to see Logan was our point of contact and she was great to work with. .

The property was double booked, leaving me and my party of 10 HOMELESS! We were sent just one link from Logan for a hotel to stay in... that was ALSO booked solid and had NO availability!! We flew in all the way from Texas and VRBO completely RUINED our vacation. I am completely disgusted. Hands down the worst experience of my life. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Our group of 11 people, which included my 2 boys (8 & 3 yrs old) all comfortably fit in this amazing home. The private sandy front yard was the best feature.... our kids loved it and it kept them safe and happily occupied. We enjoyed hanging out on the nice patio deck and taking in the views. The house was very well stocked with lots of amenities. We took advantage of the charcoal bbq grill and ate at the house most meals. The fire pit was a nice touch as well, the kids made s'mores. Like most reviewers have stated, the actual beach is not usable the majority of the time, only at low tide. We did go bodyboarding and swimming at low tide just out front. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Private beach was absolutely fantastic for my 2 year old to play in the sand. When we felt like getting wet, we took the boogie boards down to the ocean area. There are rocks you need to climb down to get to the water, but it is definitely worth it once you reach the sandy beach area. Roomy house, beautiful kitchen, and a nice courtyard for grilling and hanging out. Perfect family vaca spot. Thank you Logan for your quick responses.

This is our 3rd Thanksgiving at this property. As ages have changed so have the room assignments but this location has the bedroom and bath arrangements to make it work. Fun local neighborhood shopping, and great sunsets!

We traveled from midwest Illinois and our family had an absolutely wonderful time! It is super functional for ALL ages. This is a beautiful, quiet, comfortable home. We appreciated the basics of home supplied for us. There is plenty of space to relax, play, or read. Although we had a blessing of a time, we wished it was stated in the listing that there is a possibility of NO beach at ALL. We stayed 5 nights and planned to walk the beach morning and evening but the waves came to the rocks with no place to walk. Also, if you need or like to come into a cool home after being outside, the air conditioner can not keep up with the large house. Our entire family was so grateful for the beautiful scenery, peaceful home and being together that it was not a deal breaker but I do think the air conditioner struggle could be an issue for some people. This beautiful home is so much cozier than staying in a hotel for an entire family to share time. We miss the ocean already!! Our 4 yr old grandchild has repeatedly stated "Can we go back to our house at the beach and be altogether?" That melts my heart!

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this beautiful home! Everything was extremely clean and organized, the kitchen complete with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach right out front. The private sandy area in front of the house was perfect for our two-year-old granddaughter. Thanks!

The property was as described, very easy to access, open with beautiful views of the ocean and a great location. We appreciated the ability to have access to the garage for parking and unloading which was very helpful. We had a couple concerns but nothing major and were assisted by the management staff promptly when needed. We were a little disappointed in the amount of kitchen cabinets that were not accessible to us (locked) since we brought a significant amount of food and other items we thought we'd need to prepare our meals. It would be helpful if the owners provided a more detailed list of what was available (i.e. blender, crock pot, coffee pot etc.) since we didn't know and brought our own. Overall we were very happy with the home and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Again, I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff to communicate with me and provide items we needed help with during our visit! Thank you, we'll be back!
