Nice view, clean and comfortable room and facilities. Not crowded.

욕실이 너무 깔끔해서 쾌적했습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋구요 바다뷰 전망이 압도적이네요 또 머물고 싶은 호텔이에요

フロント、レストラン、部屋すべてが清潔でした。プールは決して大きくはないですが、ビーチサイドでお酒を飲みながらゆっくりするにはちょうど良い環境でした。 また、マウンテンビューで予約を取りましたが、オーシャンビューにアップグレードされていました。

シャトルバスが停まらないので、利用の際は隣のホテルまで移動する必要があった。今回はそこまで使わなかったのであまり影響はありませんでした。

部屋もホテル全体も綺麗で、スタッフが優しい テラスのランチもおいしかった

ビーチの工事が終わってたらもっとよかった！

The hotel is near everything. It is very clean and comfortable. We got a room facing the ocean and it was so nice. The parking lot is big. We are looking forward to go again.

スタッフが親切、眺めが最高、ビーチやプールへのアクセスが良く、タオルやライフジャケット貸し出しもありがたい。ルームサービスも美味しかった。

周りに飲食店が少なく、食事に出るのにタクシー必須な点。 しかし、ビーチへのアクセスの良さがそれに勝る。

Location, room condition, live bar, breakfast, food quality

1. On our first day, EV was not working when we checked in, so we all went down to the cargo EV with food smelling. 2. Electronic was OUT when we finished our swimming in beach and washed in the dark and my mom and dad felt bad about the situation and couldn't believe this is happening during my vacation. We also didnt get the announcement when we checked in, or in the room at all. Also, without any compensation since we paid normal price but no electricity for 4 hours sweating. 3. We called and asked 5 forks to the room. Concierge said yes and we have been waiting for 20 mins and called again, and they cannot give us the forks cuz we didn't order room dining. So we just wasted 20 mins and went down to the lobby bar and pick up the forks. 4. Lastly, when we were packing up our belongings on our last day, small cockroach came out in the room. 5. Only this hotel has not cleaned up the bricks and walls so, limited access to the beach ( couldnt have enough space and view was bad) We had 4 times hotel breakfast and one dinner at hotel and couldn't get 5 forks in the room and they didnt call us back it's not possible in 5 to 10 mins which they already know my room numbers. Location was good and they were telling me in a nice way to turn down bringing forks but service is not good for sure. I heard many of my friends that they already stayed in Crowne Hotel and got a recommendation from them and that's why I chose this hotel. They said they got wine openers and glasses by concierge service during their staying without any room dining.
