The staff that checked us in and out were polite. Room was clean and didn't have an old smell to it. Toilet bowl was cool and it had modern feel to the room.

The bed was horrible. That was the only reason why I booked there was because of a previous experience and I remembered the bed being nice and soft. Super disappointed about the bed. Also the toothpaste and tooth brush were not of decent quality. Toothpaste tasted old and the toothbrush was more for a child. The parking was way too small .

TV not working. Hot water takes awhile to work.

A/C worked well, as did the Wi-Fi. Clean room, friendly staff.

Small window that didn’t let much light in. Small bathroom. Room had a seating area, but it wasn’t very usable. Location is close to airport, but not convenient to much else.

House keeping are all nice and the front desk

Belle and her crew are the best group of people in customer service I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish there were more people like them in the world. I will definately make reservation there on every visit, and let my friends know the kind I received

Everything, specifically the staff. I had 3 delayed flights and tried to cancel my room and never heard back. Terrible customer service

Professional staff, very comfy beds,clean room and bedding, facility well maintained.

Other guests walking pass the room were loud almost every other night. Aircon filter needs cleaning.
