Tolles Hotel, gutes Angebot. Für mich wertvoll weil Abendessen und Frühstück inkludiert war.

Obsługa :) może nie cała, ale Pani z czarnymi włosami na recepcji to bardzo pomocna, uśmiechnięta i miła kobieta. Młody Pan pracujący na recepcji również bardzo pomocny nawet gdy w środku nocy poprosiłam o termometr. Niestety nie znam imienia. Pani Daria pracująca w restauracji to wogole najmilsza osoba w tym miejscu. I Pan pracujący w restauracji, niestety nie znam imienia ale nosił muchę. Ta czwórka zasługuje na mega podwyższke bo tylko te 4 osoby sprawiły że czułam się mile widziana w tym hotelu.
Jakoś nie jest adekwatna do ceny jeśli chodzi o tej rejon. Czystość jest okej. Panie sprzątające bardzo miłe. Ale materac był tak miękki że się w nim zapadałam. Jedną malutką poduszka na osobę która przypominała naleśnik a nie poduszkę. Jedzenie.. DRAMAT. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę pobytu było okej, nie mogę się przyczepić. Niestety kolację to jakaś pomyłka. Co do dań z karty w restauracji. Niestety za te ceny jestem załamana. Pizza smakowała i wyglądała jak gotowa pizza z supermarketu za 5 zł. Tatar.. brak mi słów. Czegoś gorszego moje oczy nie widziały. Spróbowałam delikatnie i niestety byłam zmuszona wypluć. Z rodziną próbowaliśmy jeszcze paru dań niestety każde z nich było porażką. I bardzo zszokowało mnie że kolacja pomimo że byla serwowana w godzinach 18-21, to gdy zeszłam o 19.50 na dół zdarzyłam napić się jedynie herbaty ponieważ kelnerka sprzątała całe jedzenie.. więc nie rozumiem sensu kolacji do 21, jeśli przed 20 już jest zabierane jedzenie…

The room was spacious, restaurant available, bowling on premises. Big parking in front of the hotel. Good coffee at breakfast. Tram stop going to town close by. Airco and elevator available. Nice local beer in the pub :)
Food could be better. No options for vegans, no gluten free options. Mostly meat. The room has seen better days, could use some refreshing. No place to put cosmetics in the bathroom.

The only thing was that mattresses in my room felt that they need changing, this effected quality of sleep, otherwise its all thumbs up

Good food, mattress comfortable, location reasonable , ladies behind the Reception were very friendly & helpful and cleaning lady looked well after the room 😀 ( thank you for woda niegazowana).
The first night I stayed the party below my room lasted until 3am so I couldn't get any sleep. Other than that everything was not bad. The bathroom looked scruffy , wifi very poor connection and they could improve the cleaning standards around shower cabin area.

popr hygiene all over the hotel room. dirty walls, dust everywhere and a piece of ply wood under the bed. looked like someone got killed in the room. and it was meant to be a business room. went to IBIS instead

Very good breakfasts and dinners. Close to the center.
Unfortunately, very small rooms, we were with a partner and a small child, after providing a cot for a child, for which, thank you very much, we did not have room in the room for any movement. Rooms without air conditioning. I had to ask for cleaning the room, changing towels and baskets myself, detailing everything that needs to be done for the receptionist. The service in the rooms should be without asking every day.

The service / price ratio is satisfied. Hotel staff is professional and helpful. Food is various, fresh and very good at the restaurant, same the service.
Just noises during the weekend cause of the side event might be in a minus although it is communicated at the front desk and in the welcome package in the room

Great hotel close to the city center. Perfect for a night to rest on the way through Poland. Meals were included in the price making it a valuable deal. Outstanding, delicious dinner available until 9pm, breakfast until 11am, both with variety of choices. Friendly staff, feels relaxed. There is even a brewery in the hotel with 4 different beer types which is a nice bonus. Rooms were clean, tidy, quiet and with air conditioning.
Really can't complain, great value for money, highly recommended.

Highly recommended!Very good room,very comfortable beds and pillows,new showers.Two showers and two toilets in one family room.Balcony with the nice view.Two TVs with available internet option.And of course pleasant addition to all above is dinner and breakfast included into room price.Both can be highlighted as had a variate of foods in a Swedish table.Thank you,Hotel Rad,for the pleasant stay.P.S.Beer lovers can try freshly prepared beer.
