The fact that although I reported yhay the bathroom floods after the shower, the second time we stayed, after one week, we received the same room with the same problem… And a minibar would help.

Location was very convenient for the purpose - close to the border, ideal for tranzit. Room was big enough with fridge.

Air conditioning not working properly. Personnel not really helpful in reception and restaurant, looked bored and not interested

Hello! Yesterday I had booking for this hotel. In their description it was written that they don't accept pets. After I booked I messaged them asking if I can come woth my small cat. Their answer was just YES, no other comments. I arrived to the destination after 15 hours of driving, and when I was about to pay my booking before going in the room, they told me it will cost me 190 ron plus 50 ron (10 euro) for the cat - for only one night, more specifically for few hours as the next day my traveling continues to Bucharest. I asked why they didn't announce me this in written, and where is this policy with such an expensive price for a cat per night?! There was no answer. So I left and refuze to pay. This is unacceptable! It is the 3rd time when I make booking using your platform but when I arrive to locations the prices or rules are different! This is not acceptable!!! You as a company should have some rules for them!!! People are traveling between countrys counting on the booking made on this platform and when they arrive there they have to pay more! Not acceptable!!!!

Perfect for transit before the border. Very friendly staff, helpfull and supporting. Made coffee for us in the morning, waited till 2 AM as we came late.

Comfortable room with hot running water and all the amenities you'd expect when booking a room. The private closed parking was definitely a plus.

There was a slight misunderstanding about our breakfast time, but the host made it work and it was delicious. Hard to find the power outlet behind the bed board, but at least it's there.
