Bruit côté port toutes la nuit. Il faut insonoriser les logements. Le sol de couleur sombre n'était pas réellement propre, il suffit de passer un mouchoir en papier blanc pour voir la saleté

L'emplacement est excellent et très pratique pour la traversée à l'Espagne. Le personnel est sympathique. La propreté

El desayuno ha sido muy escaso y sin variedad. La única fruta que había eran unos pocos trozos de sandía que no repusieron. Había pedido algún producto sin gluten y a pesar de que me confirmaron por email que tenían, el camarero me dijo que no había. Tampoco había ningún dulce árabe. El desayuno no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la web. El hotel está dentro de la estación de Tanger Med pero a 1 hora de la ciudad y no hay ningún servicio dentro de la estación ni alrededor.

NOTHING - WE DID NOT GET THE ROOM OR LOCATION WITHIN THE HOTEL WE PAID FOR AND BOOKED.

On arrival we had booked a room with a balcony/terrace (see photo) - on checking in we were informed there were none in this hotel. We were given a room (we are pensioners in our 70's) that was on the 2nd floor (THERE IS NO LIFTS IN THIS HOTEL!!!!) and at the far end of the hotel, having to drag our bags etc up 2 flights of stairs and then walk the length of 2 corridors. - was this done deliberately because we had to say that the room we were given was NOT what we booked????? No one on reception or anyone else to be seen when we left at 08:00 but I took a photo of the area where there WERE rooms with either a terrace or balcony. This hotel is suppose to have a restaurant but there was no menus available apart from the drinks list - 6 different beers (including Moroccan beer from Casablanca) but only San Miguel was available. As the main coffee machine did not work the bar staff member made one from a small machine and this was awful but then he was on his mobile phone while trying to make this coffee and not concentrating on the customer or coffee making machine. One of the fire doors in our corridor (see photo) was wedged open with a piece of cardboard. The safety deposit box did not work. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, no drying rack, fold up bed. Breakfast was listed as being available on Thursday from 06:00. A single staff member turned up around 07:10. Orange juice was from a carton and awful, coffee machine did not work apart from milk & chocolate!!!!! The coffee was made in the kitchen and was not good. No one on reception or anyone else to be seen when we left at 08:00, so a complete lack of security. Bottom line is WHY book this hotel if you do not get the room you previously booked and paid for??? Answer is find somewhere else as it is difficult to find and even various police officers around the port did not know where it was.
