The location was fantastic, close to Shinjuku Station and restaurants. 11am checkout. The staff were very accommodating, we could leave our bags there after we checked out and they helped with booking a restaurant for us. The laundry was the best one we used in our two weeks in Japan. They provided fresh towels and new bins by hanging the used towels in a bag outside the room so they didn't need to come in the room if you didn't require them to. We had a family of four in the room, and it was fine. A little tight with suitcases but what room isn't with 4. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding service: efficient check-in, check-out and luggage storage processes. Prompt and helpful assistance at the counter and over the hotel phone when I asked for help in directions and the item which I mistakenly left behind. Room and toilet were relatively spacious and all equipment / amenities were working well.

A small hotel that is value for money. I have stayed there many times for a short break in Shinjuku. Lawson is just next to the hotel. Many eateries around the areas. Room I booked is quite big and good size for 1-2persons with 2 big luggages. I love they have a bathtub in the room. Location is very convenient. Express airport bus stopped at Shinjuku station either from Haneda or Narita airport which is about 10-15mins walk to hotel. Staffs are always friendly and attentive to our needs.

Room is quite big. Clean. Easy access to all the shopping areas and foods. There is a Lawson that is open till very late.

The staff went out of their way to help us when my husband dropped his phone in a taxi on our last night in Shinjuku. They kept calling the taxi company for us & finally once the phone was located they called us another taxi. They then instructed the taxi to bring us there to pick up & then back to the hotel, all without us having to ask. The room we booked for 4 people was very spacious, even with 4 twin beds. The hotel was close to the train station & many places to eat & shop. We would definitely stay at the Kadoya Hotel next time we come back to Shinjuku.

No complaints, just more for informational purposes. The elevators were a bit small, we were a party of 4 with 4 luggages, so we had to take 2 separate elevators during check-in & checkout. The hallways outside the rooms were a bit stuffy at times as the AC was not turned on.
