The location of the property is only 5 mins walk from Lecce old town. it’s very convenient to look for food. The kitchen is well equipped.

The cleanliness can be improved. The property also might need some updates, like the shower is very old and has a constant foul smell, which I think is from the sewage.

nothing really. if you had mobility problems, the narrow steep stairs would be a problem. I felt this was part of the character of the property.

the room which is the single is right next to the reception and there were loud noises from very early in the morning (8am) so it was very difficult to sleep. the bedding was of very poor quality. the mini fridge was barely working

Very small scale B&B. The rooms were spacious with lovely balcony. Free great coffee through stay. We could overstay checkout time without extra cost. Nice free parking on the street with permit provided by b&b. Reccommend Pizzeria Rosetta nearby for awesome great pizza!

The breakfast was in external place during our stay and was limited to one pastry and cofee.

Very good location (close to the city center), host very friendly, parking spot available in front of the building, big terrace/balcony, AC available (but directed towards the bed so you cannot really use it while in the room).

The room is pretty small and dark (small windows too), the furniture is old and brown (the general theme is brown) and there are no mosquito nets which is a big issue during summertime. Also, the bed was squeaking at every movement, quite unconfortable. Overall I would say that the rating on Booking (over 9) is definitely not representative for this B&B.

Great property, only 10 minute walk to historic centre. Very spacious & includes everything you need. Host Giulio was very helpful with information. Fruit basket on arrival most appreciated.

The location was great - a very quiet street and near the old town. All facilities were excellent and the building absolutely wonderful.

Number 3 Suite South is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with everything you need plus a wonderfully quiet private terrace. Bed is comfortable, airco in both rooms works perfectly, bathroom provides evertything you need, internet works properly. There's a small breakfast area and a terrace, breakfast is fresh, reasonably varied according to local standards with excellent espresso. On Sunday and Monday one can have breakfast in a nearby café: not as varied but certainly sufficient and tasty with some local pastries. Location is excellent in a dead-end street, free parking with the by the owner provided permit and within a 5 minute walk to the old town.
