Great location, quiet. Great floor space and kitchen, appropriately stocked. Wonderful space for pets.

Clean home, fully enclosed 6+ft fence which is a plus. Comfy stay.

We unfortunately were displaced for two weeks while repairs were done to our home and refused to stay at a hotel. Things were a nightmare with our other host until we were able to stay at this property listed by Jeri. Literally NO complaints, we were comfortable, the property was amazing and so was our host. She even brought us an extra fire stick remote and batteries. She made us feel like we were home while we were out of our home.

3 of us met in Medford for a great dog show weekend. The house was perfect

We saw a big dog poo on the carpet of the master bedroom when we checked in. It was very disgusting. We told the owner immediately, and the owner accused my dog for pooing there when my dog was still outside on the lawn when we discovered the poo. The dog was also dried up indicating that it has been there for awhile and certainly not from my poo. After providing the picture evidence of the poo, the owner agreed to reimbursed half of the cleaning fee. We followed all check out procedures and kept the place clean. I followed up with the owner a week after check out on the cleaning fee refund, the owner then sent me a picture of the floor with spilled liquid, accused my dog for peeing on the floor, and refused to refund the cleaning fee. The picture was unclear when it was taken, whether it was even taken inside the house and whether the spilled liquid was water or pee. I am going to launch a complaint on the owner for his unjust actions.

This home was so comfortable! Very clean & well stocked. Already planning a return trip!

We had a nice overnight stay, the rooms were larger than expected and the living room was spacious with a big cushy sofa and recliner. The backyard could use a little tlc but being a dog friendly rental it worked for us.

This home is small but very nice, and had plenty of room. Located centrally in Medford. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay, the master bedroom did have a pet like smell when I arrived but pretty faint. This was a very easy stay with a very kind owner. We had been working all weekend and totally forgot our check out day. The owner called and was super kind! We will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much

Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were a plus~, Enclosed yard was important for us. over all experience was super easy, and would consider this if we come back next year~

We only stayed one night, but it was super clean and lots of kid toys for the kiddos to stay entertained. Not much for outdoor space and the front yard was shared with the rental next door, but overall it was a cute, clean house.

Heading to Oregon Coast with family and 1-yr old. This was the perfect house to stop along the way. Clean, air-conditioned, fenced yard, great property manager.

We enjoyed this comfortable home. It was well equipped with what my family required for one nights stay. It was an older home but had been updated nicely. We would defiantly stay here again.

Basic little rental. Convenient location, clean, easy check in and check out. Much better than staying in a hotel for a few days.

We loved the house and it had everything we needed for our 3 day weekend stay! It was quiet, comfortable and in a good location.

Also the bathroom floor looked unswept and the stove top had pet hair or something on it. It will be very nice once they give it a good cleaning. There were lots of board games and a closet of kids toys which was a wonderful surprise.

comfortable, quiet, close to town

There is a great bathtub for soaking. The wi fi was spotty and the cable TV didn't work at all. It wasn't as clean as it should be. We were given lots of bath towels, but only 2 washcloths for 4 people.

Nice, clean, centrally located for all our vacation spots. The king bed is super comfortable. A full (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!), lovely, house for about the same price as 2 low budget motel rooms. Easy choice.
