Não fiz uso do café da manhã m

O condomínio é bom, tem uma ótima localização, já tinha vindo outra vez e fiquei em outro apartamento bem melhor, já esse que fiquei dessa vez é péssimo!

A tv não estava pegando, solicitei várias vezes para que o problema fosse resolvido e a imobiliária não resolveu, já que no anúncio fala que o apartamento dispõe de tv.a imobiliária mal me deu ousadia para resolver o problema apartamento 108 da torre 02. Da outra vez fique em outro apartamento e o dono é muito solícito, tudo que precisamos ele de pronto atendeu as demandas. Já esse só me deixou estressado.

Higiene do apto.

Location, close to beach. Swimming pool. Extra safety measures (fingerprint to enter, fencing, safety guards). Big balcony. Extra key-card for second guest. Wifi was good. Bedsheets and towels clean.

If you pay over €200/night; you expect something. What we found: Doorhandle bedroom defect. | No light blocking curtains in 2nd bedroom. | Remote control of aircon in 2nd bedroom not working; no display (however it shows battery-full-sign). | 2nd toilet space quite small. | Watercooker/-kettle missing. | Electric ignition of gas-stove hardly works; matchbox empty... | Really couldn't find switch to turn of bright kitchen lamp at night. | Aircon in livingroom missing. | Difficult to find elevators (only 2 for building with many tennants) from reception-desk; you have to search in the parking/garage. | Mattresses very unstable; mainly springs without dampening. | Couch (living room) worn out. | 1 chair missing at dinner table. | In our opinion, the appartment is not advisible for more than 3 persons. | In general - the appartment is quite 'tired' and needs a major overhaul.

Its a little crowd, noisy, staff not helpful, wifi doesn’t work, if you need something extra nobody is gonna help, but the apartment is clean, fits 4/5 adults and its in a great location.
