This is a lovely house that appears to have been recently remodeled. The baths and kitchen are very modern. The house is a nice 10-minute walk into the main part of Circuit Ave with its restaurants and shops. Additionally, there is a small grocery store almost right across the street - convenient for groceries, pre-made sandwiches or morning coffee. We found the house to be stocked with the essentials you'll need until you're able to get to the grocery store (this includes a couple of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners). We would definitely rebook if visiting the island again.

The property was perfect for group of 6 friends traveling to Vineyard to celebrate a 60th birthday. Great location to walk to our favorite spots on Circuit Ave. Home/kitchen was well stocked with amenities needed to have a relaxing week. Would consider renting again. Very peaceful. The air conditioners were very nice as we have stayed in homes on the Vineyard with just fans! Perfect week with 5 of my favorite people!

Travelling with a disabled adult and elderly parent, the house being on one level worked well. The property was as described in the listing. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but the owner was very responsive, even offering some reimbursement for not being able to use it. Overall, we were pleased with the rental.

We booked this last minute for a fall weekend and found that it was reasonable and checked many boxes. A lot of space, walkable to OB, neat and tidy, nice outdoor space. On a main road but wasn't loud. Do note that it's fairly sparsely equipped, in a way that I know most rentals on the island are; I feel this is important to note though especially for people new to booking here. We provided our own linens, which was clearly noted on the listing and in the email so that wasn't a surprise. We did also have to go get things like toilet paper and garbage bags. Not a huge deal but just be aware and I wish that had also been pre-stated. Also had to have a printer to print out and sign the lease; again not a deal breaker but I know might be relevant for people making a booking. Do recommend it overall!

3BR/2BA house is roomy enough for 6 people. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned when we checked in, although the owner sent cleaners that same evening. One toilet supply line had a slow drip and we had to keep a towel under it to soak up the water. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the furniture, both inside and outside, could be updated. Location was good but street a little busy. 0.7 miles to downtown Oak Bluffs / Ferry.

If you want a location within 10 mins walking or biking to the water and central area of Oak Bluffs, 187 Circuit Avenue is your place. In addition, it is a very modern and well kept property. Everything you need for the beach, housewares and parking is provided. Awesome deck and large backyard. Prompt responses from the property manager, Annette and the home owner, Gary. I highly recommend this property. Our family look forward to returning next year.

House recently remodeled but some of inside & outside furniture should be updated. Had an issue but quickly resolved by the owner who was pleasant & helpful. Location good especially if you have a car. If not put your walking shoes on. Overall it was a good week.

If you're looking for a five star property in Oak Bluffs, save your money and stay in this close to everything, well equipped cozy home, with cool A/C in every room. You'll be hard pressed to find a better property for this price point. The host was great and I would certainly consider this property again. Thanks for a great week and can't wait until our next visit on island.

This is our sixth stay on the island and this year did not disappoint! This house is perfect for families with plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked with essentials and the deck was perfect for outside dinners. Nice open concept in the kitchen/living room. While it is in amazing location (right near Tony’s and walkable to everything in OB), the street traffic can get noisy. we brought fans which solved that. Owner was very responsive. Overall 10/10! We love OB!

This is our second time at the property and we really enjoyed it. The location is great and the house is comfortable. We enjoy cooking and then eating out on the deck. We look forward to returning again soon!

Would definitely rent again.

The house was as advertised, clean, well kept, central to everything. Everything worked well. The only drawback was there was no vacuum or dust pan provided making it difficult to keep clean. We ended up buying a dust pan to go with the broom provided, but a vacuum would be even better.

The home itself was beautiful, light and airy. The yard and deck were the perfect spot to hangout in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. The location was great and we were able to walk to everything in downtown Oak Bluffs and had a short drive to State Beach. However, when we first walked into the home we found a grape vine sitting on the table, gross. We also found an extremely dirty dish towel in between the cushions of the couch, and the floor was very dirty. Overall, we loved the home and the way it was set up but we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the home upon our arrival and the comfort of all of the beds. Especially because of COVID-19, they really should have paid more attention to cleanliness. We understand this was probably laziness on the part of the cleaning crew and not the homeowner. Perhaps the owner of the property should look into a new cleaning company.

Wonderful property - perfect for our little family. We had a great getaway. Easy access to town and the beach. The house was very comfortable and the owner Gary was great to work with. Highly recommend!
