Staff was so nice and helpful. Also, there was very delicious breakfast and dinner.

Wifi could be better. But everything else excellent.

the villa is quite old inside the room was clean but not as it should be guests are terrible. this is not the owner fault but one lady forbid us to talk during breakfast because she was on holidays

Accomodation comfortable, location not far from the ski resort Kotelnica. Breakfast very good.

The hotel is lovely, cosy and spacious room as I booked a family room. The bathroom is large and very clean. The breakfast is very good and lots to choose from. The service is excellent. Overall, the place is good and I recommend it.

Perhaps some mild adjustments are needed: THere is no wifi in the bedroom, where other area seamed to be fine. There is no availability to make hot drinks in the room. The hot water from the faucet in the bathroom is not working. There is no lift, so be mindful.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the big room and the balcony and the extra storage for our ski gear was a great addition. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide section and lots of variety every day including some familiar foods and some more traditional Polish foods. The location is great for skiing, about a 5 minute walk to the chair lift or 2 minutes on the free bus if you have too much gear to walk. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars nearby and the staff were super helpful and friendly including accommodating our late check in. Excellent value for money and the perfect stay, we will hopefully be back next year!!

Clean and tidy, great breakfast and the staff very friendly. Close enough to the ski slopes which was a bonus.
