The location was great. Quiet and beautiful.

The door code was ridiculously long. Did not like the last minute communication on how we would enter the property. It worked out though.

It’s so cute. Comfortable beds.

I didn’t realize spa was in the center of the courtyard and holds 6 people max. It was usually full and we couldn’t use it. There is a light that 4 adults could not find a switch for. The problem is it shines into the master bedroom. I sent a message about it and someone called the next afternoon when we were out on the train. So it never got turned off. We put couch pillows in it to block the light.

It was a nice cozy lodge home. It has everything we needed and enjoyed being able to use the kitchen and other amenities. The balcony has the most amazing view and fresh air. Coming from Texas heat even though the temperature reached low 90s it was still much cooler than expected and the outside air was enough to keep the place cool. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t air conditioner.

We enjoyed everything about the place. As mentioned above we didn’t know what it would be like without A/C or fans in the unit with Colorado heat but it was tolerable and really the air from outside was plenty to keep which ever room we sat in cool. If it ever gets hotter it may be a good idea to at least have fans or portable ac fan as an option. The other difficulty although not really a complaint was the stairs. It really wasn’t described well and I think it would be good to know that they are steep and incline is sharp. Coming from a place that land is flat and no altitude we really felt the difference. We got used to it over time on our stay but It would be good to know ahead of time so we could prepare for that difference.

The location was wonderful, the condo and grounds were clean qnd well maintained. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Excellent location. 5 minutes from mountain ski area. Very confortable and very well equipped. Excellent support from staff.

I can't think of anything we didn't like about this place.

paid a huge cleaning fee an still had to clean an load dishwasher I was injured there broke 4 ribs and had to wait while my nieces cleaned before the 9 hour ride home
