We did not use the breakfast option. Key pick-up at a nearby restaurant. Clean studio apt perfect size for my son and I. Perfect location for direct access to Klinovec ski lift + slopes, no need to use the car or walk far, you can pretty much ski to the apartment. All the necessary comforts in the studio incl. a kitchenette, fridge, parking spot, tv, wifi.

The apt house is very basic. Apart from the Apres Restaurant which is not very good there is nothing in the vicinity. To go out for dinner you need to drive over the Klinovec mountain to Bozy Dar or Oberwiesenthal in D. If you're all about skiing and making food at the apt then it is ok, if you want a mountain village experience then stay in the close by towns in CZ or D. Best shopping / groceries in Oberwiesenthal in Germany about 3 km away.

I liked that the apartment was larger, then we booked. The location was ideal for mountain skiing, but also good for cross-country. The parking garage was very very good. Very fast internet connection, which got disconnected once but was then repaired.

The doors to the apartment is maid of cardboard and should be substituted. You can hear anyone speaking in the corridor exactly so well as in your apartment. The communication could be a bit better. I wish I knew beforehand that we had another apartment. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. There is no cleaning liquid for toilet. Electricity switched off two times for very short period of time, but it was an issue in the whole town.

We were informed in advanced where to pick up the keys (restaurant cca 150m from apartment). The lady was supposed to give us all the info, but she only showed us the way. Inside the apartment there is a paper with all the information anyway. We did not book breakfast. It is weirdly written here on booking.com (12e per person, included). So actually, it is not included and you can buy for 12e. There is fridge in the apartment, which is big enough. Also lot of storage space. I recommend everybody to stock up on food and cash because there is no option to buy groceries or withdraw money (without gargantuan fee) at Klinovec. Unless you have a car, then you can drive to Oberwiesenthal (15min) and visit EDEKA. Restaurants at Klinovec resorts are mostly offering snack foods (understand fried carbs with low quality meat) or some overpriced versions of typical cuisine I guess. But be prepared for grumpy staff.

Garage parking and ski lockers were very good, as was the chance to access the garage without going outside.

There was a boot warmer in our accommodation, however it had just been unpacked and left on the bathroom floor along with the packing material and installation instructions, but what is worse was a light switch ( the type in the power cable ) with bare wires that gave my wife a 240v shock. Luckily neither my 5 year old or 11 month old daughters touched it as it was easily reachable for both of them.
