Space and affordable

Young lady at Checkin was amazing, she was very kind and attentive. Checkin was smooth and no fuss.Room was exceptionally clean, and beds were comfortable. Thank you Room attendants.

Our room was on the pub side, so was a bit rowdy. We couldn't leave balcony door open because of the cigarette smoke. Next time will ask for a sun facing room.

We loved the location and the fact that the restaurant is just around the corner. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant very much

The only thing we can say is that we were 3 people in the room but there were only 2 mugs in the room!

Big size room for the price comfortably fitted 2 adults & 4 kids

Traffic noise was an issue many hoons doing skids from lights & patrons leaving downstairs pub talking loud.

Friendly helpful staff. Great facilities and location. We Loved the family room!

Pillows were a bit lumpy

The room size was pretty good for a hotel and the balcony was great to let in some fresh air and made the room feel bigger and brighter. The room had a small sink, kettle and fridge in the main room which was great for us. The beds and pillows were comfy and very clean. Good TV and room service was very handy. The bistro was good but a bit over priced for the quality of the food as it was pretty basic. Lots of places to park and handy having the Coles Express next door. The air con worked very well. The shower it's self was pretty good and nice and light in the bathroom with no bathtub taking up floor space.

It needed a good scrub. Both inside and outside. They don't have a permanent person on the desk. They need to do more cleaning daily in the foyer and staircase which always had dirt and leaves from outside building up. The rooms were meant to be serviced daily but 3 times in out 8 nights it wasn't done. But they gave us new towels on request. Our shower screen had that glass cancer in it and made it look really awful. More maintenance required. The lights above the bed in room 11 weren't connected properly and I was scared I would get an electric shock if I tried to turn them on. The sliding door for the balcony was coming away from the wall and the screen door kept coming off the track. The walls and floor really need a good thorough clean. Behind the toilet was pretty dirty. There were no facewashers in the rooms.

The bed was big and comfortable, the air conditioning was nice and cool. although we had no window except for the bathroom- this suited us fine as we could sleep late as the room was nice and dark in the morning.

I wish the check out time was a little later than 10

Good restaurant downstairs

No window in room. No toiletries. We’re kept awake all night by people noisily using the staircase and slamming doors next to our room.

Fix the lights please they are dangerous I already did a comment on that
