The staff, food, location

The bathtub was broken and they didnt repair before guest check in. The blanket was a sheet of bed sheet, not a proper blanket. The floor was broken could injured the guest. The smell from bathroom was terrible.

Internet connection in third floor room number 25 was very poor

Not so much clean , No good gesture also from staff . They do not listen to any special request

because of poor service

Extremely helpful, friendly and service minded staff! We had to leave 4AM but they had prepared breakfast boxes for us. Nice veranda, good restaurant next door, clean, great value.

Mr. George is amazing and helpful and the breakfast is too good and the hotel is very near to access everywhere

The bed was not comfortable

Breakfast must change a bit of the menu specially If you stay for few days it's should change alittle bit, I request coffee foe my breakfast with milk though the waiter said no only coffee I cant drink black coffee, so I hope small request as its restaurant should be available as also i pay for my stay for 2person but I'm alone so some consideration.

Good breakfast.

On the last day of my trip, my group tour bus dropped me off at the hotel. Upon seeing the area and hotel, they became very concerned for my safety. The next morning, when my taxi driver came to pick me up, the woman running the hotel showed a lot of concern to ensure that had booked a legitimate taxi company. I had booked the taxi through Booking.com. When the taxi arrived, the driver texted me a picture of his car and license plate. The lady running the hotel stopped talking to another hotel customer, took my cell phone, walked outside scrutinized the license plate, vehicle and driver and then told me she believed the taxi was legitimate and safe. I really appreciated her concern and efforts. Also, I found that my room was very clean.

The property, as shown on Booking.com, looks like it is more upscale. I wasn't expecting a 3-5 star hotel, but I was surprised to find that I had booked a hotel in a seedy area and that the hotel did not look like picture depicted on Booking.com. I guess that is an airbrushed photo to make it appear more appealing.
