loved the great feel of the place, the facilities , the setting, couldn't have found a better spot to be marooned in picton

Friendly welcome from a most obliging hostess. Our stay couldn't have been catered for any better. Despite difficulties with interislander ferries our stay in Picton was made even more pleasant by the kindness and thoughtfulness we were shown by the proprietors. Very pleased to recommend a stay in this motel.

The boat ramp and park area just across the road.very tidy,well maintained.
Being overnight only makes it tough to find any fault.

We liked the homely touches in the motel and loved the spacious modern bathroom.

Friendly welcome, clean old style quiet motel with plenty of room and separation of bedroom bathroom and kitchen.

Location, beautiful outlook over small harbour.
Close to centre for boat trips waterfront walks and cafés.
Owners helpful in meeting some requests.
Kitchen clean, large and well equipped but needs reordering to free up space for food storage.

Great location across from the beach. Hosts were very welcoming and went the extra mile. Full kitchen facilities.
Property was a bit dated.

The unit was comfortable and in a great spot close to the Waikawa reserve. The bathroom looked new , and everything we needed was available in the kitchen .
nice touch to have the home made biscuits waiting 👍 and the owners were friendly and good to deal with .
Sadly we both slept very poorly , the bed definitely needs upgrading as it was saggy and soft . It was the only negative .

Location disappointing, we faced a fence and looked into other peoples bedrooms.

The motel is so well equipped with a full kitchen including oven. Lovely setting with lots of birds and just behind the water.
The owner is really sweet and gave us homemade biccies on arrival.
There were also electric blankets on the bed which was really cosy!
